Outstanding Staff, Wonderful Stay
From check-in to check-out, the hotel staff provided outstanding service. In particular, we'd like to thank Ayodhya, Nalin, and Lahiru for their attentiveness and kindness — their warmth and professionalism made a real difference to our trip.

Simple food cooked to perfection.
Our dinner at L’incontro Italian&med restaurant at Cinnamon Bentota beach resort was excellent. We had mozzarella as a starter which was delicious. Our main course was spaghetti wgarlic n chilli for veg option and parpadelle bolognaise for my husband both was presented beautifully and taste absolutely delicious. The service was fantastic from Yasadha and the rest of the team Janaha , Eagan and chef Chamad n team. Thank you we’ve really enjoyed our meal.

Best stay in Sri Lanka - must experience
Cinnamon at Bentota beach is a beautiful sprawling property. We especially loved the proximity to the beach as well as the beautiful pools. Ours was a big group with a 2 year old toddler, so we were very happy to use the kids club. The staff were very accommodating and provided us with whatever we needed for our toddler. Our favourite part was the buffet. The food is very high quality and there was something new to try each time. The Sri Lankan dishes deserve a special mention because they were authentic and thoroughly delicious! The salad and dessert section is just amazing! We got to use the amenities such as the pool, gym and spa which are all well-maintained and very relaxing. We also did activities such as the bag-making workshop, visiting the turtle hatchery and going on the river safari, through the resort itself, which we loved experiencing. I especially loved the turn-down service which they did every evening. The staff are very humble and have a genuine attitude towards the guests, which made the stay all the more welcoming and delightful. Thank you for the amazing stay and for making Sri Lanka even more beautiful for us!
