Temizlik berbat
Temizlik çok kötü her yerden kıl toz çıkıyor aynalar silinmemiş bile su lekekeri olduğu gibi duruyordu .Çift olarak geldik çocuklu aile odası verildi oda küçüktü büfede hijyen sıfır konumu güzel fakat işletmecilik iyi değil.
Çok memnun kaldık
Eşim ve 1 yaşındaki bebeğimle ilk tatilimizdi.Resepsiyondaki karşılamadan diğer tüm hizmetlere kadar çok memnun kaldık.Oda temiz kahvaltı gayet güzeldi.Dışarda bulunan kafenin tasarımına bayıldım.Güler yüzlü çalışanlar için hepsine teşekkür ederiz fethiyeye gelirsek yine tercih edeceğimiz bir konum oldu 🌸
Filthy, dirty hotel with lazy irresponsive personel
Filthy, dirty hotel with lazy irresponsive personel.
- The room I booked had no balcony initially as was indicated in the booking.
- Dirty room. I found quite some dirt on floors in the room (see picture)
- Room had no blanket and duvet. It was brought to me
- The drinking tea cap in my room had lipstick stains (see picture)
- Personnel is absolutely lazy and disinterested.
- Breakfast is very poor.
- Finally, I asked for invoice prior to arrival, during my stay, and after 3 reminders & empty promises (see pictures), still no invoice.
Overall, stay elsewhere!

Awful
Staff are incompetent I called before my trip to provide me my hotel confirmation number and they were unable to even provide me the simplest information their English is terrible and the room are awful first and last stay at this hotel avoid at all cost
