Club Tuana Fethiye

We have been to Tuana and liked the resort, despite poor service. However, we have tried to rebook twice and that poor service came to the fore both times. First time we booked 3 Lagoon rooms, only to pay and then be told they weren’t available. It took five weeks and lots of cross emails to get a refund. We tried again this week, only to find out that Lagoon rooms are available, but it costs £814 more per room to book direct from the hotel than on the website. The latter did not offer the option to get three rooms, so the hotel asked us for over £2400 more to book with them. They justify this as external companies being able to offer discounts and the fact that the rooms are ‘exclusive’. Funnily enough, we’re not total morons. We will not be returning to Tuana because dealing with their reception booking staff has reminded us how very unhelpful and sometimes downright hostile the reception staff were when we stayed.

We have just checked out of this amazing hotel after spending a week here as a family of three.  Was this the perfect holiday....yes it was just about perfect in every way! The hotel is set in beautiful grounds which are well kept and the hotel itself is absolutely spotless.  The pier is an absolute bonus, the views out over the ocean are spectacular. It really made our holiday. The food....where do I start...so much variety and everything is of a high standard. The main buffet restaurant is fabulous but omg the onsite restaurants are out of this world...the food is second to none! We had the most amazing experience at the Seafood  Restaurant...we were sat right at the front corner and were able to watch the sun setting over the mountains which was such a beautiful thing to see. You can book all four using the club tuana app foc included as part of your holiday to get the best experience (there is a limit of the age of children so just make sure you check that before booking and make sure you do this as soon as you can to make sure you get in). The entertainment team were excellent and the pool scene is buzzing with everyone having fun. The kids club is fabulous according to the friends we made and there is a lovely shopping mall onsite. The evening shows are brilliant...so professional and fun and we had such good time at the White Party! 

The only couple of niggles are that you must be up early to get a sunbed around the pool (before 6am but this is due to it being busy in peak season) but there are plenty of loungers in the gardens and on the beach too after that and also the bedding isn't soft it's scratchy but you can ask for a softer sheet if this bothers you. 

All in all this was right up there as one of the best family holidays we have ever had. The staff were all so friendly and hard working and we will definitely return to this fabulous place at some point. Thank you Club Tuana for a brilliant holiday experience!
