Absolutely incredible! The staff go above and beyond for you every day! Always ‘more wine- madam?!’ Fantastic rooms and exceptionally clean! Cocktails made to order and nothing is too much trouble! So much fun and treated like royalty here. The food is incredible- fresh fish every day. Best family holiday ever!

Simply Exceptional
I’m currently at the resort with a friend staying in room 1230. I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank the owner @ Mr Cihat Gazel for building such an amazing resort, thinking of every little details. My friend has mobility issues but there’s so much facilities that she did not for one second feel disabled.
Every holiday that we have been, we always find room for improvement but this resort is exceptionally clean, well staffed, high quality food, very polite, professional staff, and everything is included as this is ultra plus all inclusive. We never saw a drunk person, any loud noise, any misbehaving teenagers….. even the kids are amazingly quiet as there are lots of activities to do.
We had such an amazing time, that. Sent an email to the owner Mr Cihat Gazel, to congratulate him for this amazing achievement.
We are coming back for sure. Only a few polite suggestion: will th all due respect, I noticed the unused, un touched remaining food was put in rubbish bins! The amount of food that was clean but not used could feed many hungry people outside the resort.
Also if they made the fish, they way the way that it was made at the Ale Cart Cactus restaurant, I’m sure no fish would be left to waste. The chef should take a look at the food that is never eaten by the guests and remove them from the menu.
The entertainment was also exceptional, however, it would have been more fun to have more dancing, Turkish music.
Once again a massive Thank you to everyone at the resort. We look forward to seeing you again in near future.

As for service, Mr. Bülent, Ekrem, Emirhan, and Semih, were so kind and respectful while serving us. they have helped with all of our needs during our dinners in the Italian, Fish, and Chopstix. I am truly great full for their service they helped us have an amazing experience with their service. I once again Thank them very much for their service.
