If you are considering this hotel I would just say do it! We are currently staying here and we are very impressed so far. Facilities very good, the staff are all exemplary, helpful, friendly and kind. Enjoying the choice of restaurants with some really delicious food. Particularly enjoyed Tao (Asian) 1 downside for us was the shower. Lovely and big, good toiletries and hot water however my husband struggled and could have done with a grab rail. I spoke to TUI rep who then spoke to hotel staff but nothing available. As quite a few elderly people here, I am sure we aren't the only ones struggling. That said we will return next year.

What a fantastic holiday.

Starting with the flights, flew with Tui and both flights were not busy meaning that we had a whole row to ourselves, flight was smooth and time passed quickly. Easy to find the transfers point in Turkey and numerous members of staff to point us in the right direction, Coach was clean and comfortable and transfer time of 35 minutes was good.

The hotel itself is incredible. The staff are super friendly and always smiling, the cleanliness of everywhere was to be commended. We had a top floor room which was spacious and had a very generous sized balcony with plenty of privacy. The pools were easily accessible, we spent time by the adult pool, be wary of the fact that it was not heated but bodies adapt well. Swim up bar was easy to get to, it would be nice for a way to get staff attention as there was times where you would just be sat there with no service (we went at the end of the season so this may explain). We spent the most amount of time at the beach, as with the pool, very easy to get a sun lounger, very comfy. Sand was soft and there is access to the sea via the jetty so you do not have to go over the stones at the water line. Caretta bar very accessible and a member of staff walking around to collect cups but also take and bring orders if you'd like.

Evening entertainment was some of the best that we have experienced. The performers in the lobby / piano bar were great, very talented and chilled vibes. It can be pretty loud and conversation was tricky but it is a great place to sit and play cards. The main boardwalk had quiz most nights and tribute acts as well that flew in specifically to play at the hotel so that was cool.

Food was fantastic. The main restaurant was spacious and did not feel crowded at all. There was plenty of options and fresh cooked food in the mornings for breakfast such as omelets and eggs. For lunch we recommend going to Basilico or Sunset restaurant as they have a la carte lunch options. Strongly advise going to each of the a la carte restaurants, our favourite was Amber but they were all standouts. It was lovely to have two coffee shops to choose from as well and the ice cream was a nice afternoon treat.

We did a sunset cruise booked through Tui, we were unsure of which boat trip to do and the Tui rep was more than happy to guide us on the different ones. We also went for a Turkish bath and this was arranged through Sonny the spa rep on the day with a very competitive price.

Finally all that is left to say is book this hotel, you will not regret it, an incredible place!

Fantastic hotel!! Everything about this hotel is to a high standard. Great choice of restaurants, they cater very well for people who have to eat gluten free. All buffet dishes are labelled. In the à la cartes they are told in advance if you have to eat gf, and will explain what you can have. The restaurants and adult only cocktail bar above the main buffet, have stunning views of the hotel and the bay. The drinks at this hotel are great!! From the beach bar, to the swim up bar, pool bar, the main bar and the cocktail bar the service and presentation is wonderful!! DJ down by the beach bar at nights was good. We don’t always bother with the entertainment but saw a couple of good acts. View at the beach is spectacular, padded sun beds at the beach but not at the pools. It would be nice if they were everywhere. Ferry comes to the hotel jetty to go across to Fethiye town. Water sports on the beach. We had a room which can be separated into a double room and a twin room which suits us. Only slight disappointment is the over bath shower, I much prefer the walk in shower at the Akra Sorgun. Sunbeds around the adult pool are all taken if you aren’t an early riser! I went to the beach for the breeze, then went up to the adult pool around mid afternoon. Special mentions go to; Serkan at the main restaurant who is on the ball!! The second he sees you coming he’s getting drinks etc. and is always bustling about. Atakaan at the main buffet who is a lovely person and very attentive. Tugba has a tough job manning the swim up bar on her own, there is always a queue and she works flat out. She makes the best pina colada I have had anywhere. I would love to return!
