- Akra Fethiye Tui Blue Sensatori

Enjoying an exclusive spot within a stone's throw of the beach in a quiet area of the coastline, some 10 km west from the market town of Fethiye, this exclusive hotel is founded on 65,000 sqm of land and features three different conceptual sections: adults, mixed and family. Offering a superb range of amenities to suit all, this luxurious complex promises a unique and memorable place to stay with excellent facilities. The guest rooms are modern and decorated in muted tones; some with a swim-up feature and provide a comfortable place to rest. Whether preferring to stay around the complex, joining in the sports and entertainment programme or relaxing by the pool or in the spa & thalasso centre, there is plenty to keep hotel guests amused, alternatively the local area has much to offer including the much-photographed lagoon at Oludeniz and the once Greek inhabited village of Kayakoy.
What a lovely holiday we had, we can not fault this hotel, we had a 2 bed swim up room which was one of the nicest rooms we have had in a hotel. The hotel was very clean the food was so good and the staff very friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel to families or couples full 5 stars from us 🌟
Having stayed next door a few times, we booked the Sensatori as we love the area and stretch of coastline.
On arrival, we were given complimentary drinks. My wife loved the pink champagne/cider, which was available at all areas of the hotel. Big plus.
We stayed in a one-bedroom swim-up room (3202), which was perfect for us. Plenty of space inside for two adults and two kids, so no complaints. The air conditioning was very good, to the point were you actually felt cold coming out of the shower. Very nice when coming in from heat outside. Our patio area was also great. We faced the main pool and had shade in the morning - sun in the afternoon. The swim-up pools are big enough to splash about in, with the main pool 50ft away should you decide to stretch out a bit.
We mainly ate at the main restaurant for breakfast and dinner and there really is something for everyone. The quality of food and variety were not in question, and we never had an issue with what we'd chosen.
We ate at three À la carte restaurants during our stay. The Basilico, Tao and Amber. All of them offered different experiences, but all were very nice, with great food and drink choices available. I think Tao was the best, as we're big fans of Asian cuisine, but the other two were also great.
We didn't really use the onsite shops, as there is a row of shops outside the hotel, which we regularly used, so can't comment on that.
Thea's coffee shop(s) were very nice, with ice-cream, cakes and slabs of hand-made chocolate on offer, something by boys regularly opted for. Kids will be kids.
The lobby car is a great place to get an early morning coffee, something I did every day. It's 24-hours, so there is always someone there to fill you with caffiene...
The hotel entertainment was decent. Not as showy as other hotels, but very good in terms of variety and quality. Slight negative were the drinks on offer here. Not as good as other parts of the hotel, but just a minor niggle...
We used the Caretta bar pretty much every day, and this is a great place to unwind after a busy day around the pool. Great choice of cocktails and beers (dad), all of high quality.
And finally, the staff. The ones we interacted with were very pleasant and helpful, with many smiles along the way. Special mention to Ramazan at the beach bar. He was phenomenal. Always happy to see you. Straight over when my beer bottle was looking almost empty. A great guy and credit to Akra.
Highly recommended to all. Whether a young family, couples, or adults only. There really is something for everyone. And it's all high quality.
Five stars.
If you’re here now or arriving soon then I highly recommend the spa. We had an amazing hammam scrub and foam followed by a massage on our first day. Just had a second massage and it was fantastic. Can’t wait for our next spa visit in a few days for an aloe vera hammam and massage.
The spa is amazing and I highly recommend a visit. Just pop down to the spa to book. Ask for Hamdi and he’ll sort the best treatment for you. Trust me, you won’t regret it!
Really not great - untidy, dirty poor customer experience from beginning to end. This should not be a 5 star resort. Raised a formal complaint with them post my stay and have not heard anything back from them. Think they probably lied when they said a complaint had been raised with head office. Do not recommend.
First impressions were not good. Room was ok but location was bad. Overlooking a main road and shops with traffic noise. After arriving early hours of the morning and eating in the Amber restaurant at 3am we eventually settled in. Beds were comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. The staff were very helpful and housekeeping was good. Food was amazing and it made up for the bad first impressions. Actually there was too much of a choice for food. We were here for a week and had a Cabana on the beach 3 days in a row as the temperature hit 42 degrees. Waited on like royalty by the staff in the Cabana. Evening entertainment was really good and the staff/waitresses were on the ball. Tuba and Meryhem kept us well watered and knew our orders of to a T. We had a 10 yr old grandson with us and we were well looked after by all the staff in the restaurant and Lounge bar and beach bars. It was right on the beach easy access to toilets snack bars and food at the beach. We were made to feel at home and nothing was too much for the staff. We would visit here again as we made so many friends amongst the staff. A big thank you too Tuba,Meryhem,Mohammed Ali,Nezim and the staff in the Italian restaurant. Alcay the bar restaurant barman . Atakan in the main buffet restaurant. Where do I stop. Everyone was so friendly. The atmosphere was absolutely amazing. Having never done a summer holiday in the school holiday before the price was good value for money.
