Located at the south of Tenerife, 12 km from Playa de Las Américas, this hotel is built in the middle of a volcanic landscape near Las Galletas, profiting from the sunniest area of the island where tropical vegetation and desert landscapes meet. It is located in a large and splendid park in Costa del Silencio and about 20 minutes away from the airport. Guests are sure to be kept entertained throughout their stay here thanks to the complete amenities and facilities. The apartments were built with respect to the local architectural style and are equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and unforgettable stay.

Worth hotel ever

This is supposed to be all-inclusive, yet the refrigerator was completely empty — not even a bottle of water provided. We arrived late at night after our flight, when all shops were already closed. The hotel did not provide even one bottle of still water, leaving us with absolutely nothing to drink.
To be honest, this does not even meet 3-star standards — it is at best a 1-star property. Very disappointed to travel all the way from the UK to receive such poor service. There is no air conditioning in the rooms. This hotel urgently needs full renovation and improvements. I cannot recommend it to anyone. I will share my experience everywhere I can to warn other travelers about what to expect here.
I would not stay here again or recommend it to others
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. It is very old and in urgent need of renovation. The rooms do not look like the photos on the website. The room door was badly damaged, and some electrical sockets did not work. The pool area and bar were often dirty and not well maintained.
The receptionist was not very welcoming or friendly. The food was disappointing – breakfast was exactly the same every day, lunch had very limited choices, and although dinner was slightly better, the selection was still quite poor.
Another major disappointment was the location. The nearby beaches are not suitable for swimming, and the nearest swimmable sandy beach is about 2 km away, which was not made clear when booking.
The only positive part of our holiday was the airport transfer, which was well organised. Overall, the hotel does not match the description or photos on the website, and I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.
No hospitality, no comfort, no hygiene
We had an unpleasant experience in this location. Although it looks nice on the outside, the situation inside is very bad. The staff is very cold and unfriendly. Although the food is good, the dishes and cutlery and tables in the restaurant are not cleaned properly. The rooms are very unkempt, and it seems that no investments have been made in this location in the last 30 years. There is no air conditioning system in either the restaurant or the rooms. The doors and windows are very old with rudimentary locks. The mattresses are good, but the sheets and blankets are very old. This is not a 3-star hotel in Tenerife and we do not recommend it at all. Until major investments are made, this location is not worth visiting.
Awful Angela
We've come here 13 times. Could never fault it. Unfortunately, my disabled mother was declined her reserved table because the staff (Angela) decided visitors were more worthy. Very disappointed.

Nice hotel and area
Lovely hotel with a huge pool area. Plenty of sunbeds so no need to reserve them. Great choice of food, not always designed for an English palette but plenty of choice. I have never been to an all inclusive hotel that offered mussels.
Two drinks per person at a time servers in cardboard cups but a good variety to select from.
Large apartment. Clean hotel. Friendly staff.
Entertainment was almost non-existant but the staff did try.
Area is pleasant but more residential than tourist, but was perfect for us. There are a few bars and shops.
Easy and cheap to get a bus to Los christianos if you want to venture out. They have a market on a Sunday
