The Best of Diana
I spent four days at Maji, a hotel of unparalleled comfort and beauty; the staff treats us like royalty. Since it is a small hotel, everyone addresses us by name, offering friendliness, dedication, and professionalism. The food is superb, and the attention to detail is outstanding. It is the best hotel I have ever stayed at in all of Africa. Thank you for a memorable stay.

The Maji Beach Boutique Hotel is a unique place. It's not just about its stunning location and beautiful building, decorated in a distinct, refined, and thoughtful style, but also about its excellent, professional, and incredibly friendly staff, from the management to the security staff, who even ensured that monkeys didn't snatch (;) mangoes from your plate during meals. Meals are a whole other story. Served in various areas specially prepared for guests, they are prepared by an excellent chef and his team, who are masters of their craft. On-site, you can purchase wonderful souvenirs from local artists, as well as photos and paintings by renowned photographers, which we were happy to do. We highly recommend it, and we thank the entire staff, including the manager, for a wonderful week in an unforgettable place. Dariusz and Ania

I don’t even know where to begin. This was our very first stay at The Maji, and it exceeded every expectation we had - even the glowing reviews don’t fully capture how special this place truly is.
If you value luxurious service, an intimate atmosphere, and a team that treats you with genuine warmth, The Maji is where you need to be. What touched us most was how effortlessly they elevate even the smallest details. They remind you that hospitality isn’t just about the big moments - it’s the thoughtful, quiet gestures that make you feel seen, cared for, and completely at home.
From the seamless airport pick‑up to the heartfelt welcome on arrival, everything felt intentional. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. The meals were unforgettable — generous, beautifully prepared, and full of flavour. The rooms were spotless, serene, and inviting. And the team… they make you feel like you belong. Their kindness wraps around you in a way that makes leaving genuinely difficult.
We truly had the time of our lives. Evelyn, Zippy, Moraa, and Farida took such wonderful care of us. And a very special shout‑out to Simon, whose attentiveness and warmth made our stay even more memorable — he ensured we never lacked for anything.

Magical stay in the most magical hotel. Best honeymoon we could have possibly wished for. A wonderful room with pool access. We had the prince and princess treatment for the whole week. And we are sad to go, but are definetly coming back!
