My stay at Southern Palms was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed, cared for, and completely at home. The hospitality was exceptional, and every little detail contributed to making my stay so memorable.
A very special shout-out to Mercy Mwikali , oh my God, what a sweetheart! 🥹❤️ Her warmth, kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. She made me feel so comfortable and well taken care of, and I honestly cannot thank her enough.
Mulinge and Nancy also played such an important role in making my stay incredibly awesome. Their friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed.
And then there’s Daisy ❤️ she has this incredibly warm sister/mom-like character that I honestly believe every guest needs. She has such a comforting, caring, and genuine way of making you feel looked after. Her warmth made the experience even more special, and I truly appreciated every interaction with her.
It’s amazing how a beautiful hotel can become an unforgettable experience because of the people who work there.

I highly recommend Southern Palms Beach Resort to any tourist as they truly welcomed our family with open arms & provided us with a superb level of service during our stay. Initially, there were a multitude of issues w/ the first room we were assigned, but what impressed me was the seriousness the management team took our concerns and how effectively they rectified the situation. They provided us with another more suitable room that covered our needs, frequently checked with us to ensure our stay was comfortable, and provided us with an exquisite dinner on the beach as a way of showing their appreciation for our business (given the inconvenience we faced with the initial room). It was our family's first time visiting Kenya, and the high display of care, professionalism, & kindness we were shown coupled with the beautiful surroundings, delightful music as well as exceptional food allowed us to leave with warm, fond memories. I sincerely thank the amicable staff (managers, chefs, etc.) for providing us with such an incredible vacation experience. We truly cannot wait to visit beautiful Kenya again.
SOUTHERN PALM RESORT - DIANI
We had such a lovely stay at southern palm.We did the all inclusive package and we definitely got value for our money. The property also has a clean beautiful beach, two big pools so no overcrowding ,a nice pool bar,the rooms were very clean and all the staff were very friendly both in check in and check out👌Big shout to Kariuki and Elphas for being exceptional. Definitely a great place to stay in Diani. Will definitely be back.
