Perfect
We really enjoyed the service, the food, and the staff. Everything was truly excellent! In the Italian restaurant. Julius and Brenda are perfect !
Amazing Hotel
We went on safari first. We then arrived at BLISS, which was absolutely beautiful. The beach was stunning, the hotel was lovely, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Everyone made such an effort to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. We even met the owner, Mr Phillip, several times around the hotel — or as the kids called him, “the boss”! 😂 The children also enjoyed a few activities at the kids’ club. The staff, Zu and Jamila were amazing and really went the extra mile to make them feel comfortable, offering a great range of activities for them to enjoy. The children loved the ice cream and milkshakes that Elizabeth served 😍. We even managed to squeeze in a trip to the hair salon, where our little girl had beautiful braids done — another lovely memory from the trip. A huge thank you to everyone who played a part in making our holiday so incredibly special. From Sarah and Somak to Masood, the drivers, hotel staff and everyone else we met along the way, you all helped create memories that our family will treasure forever. It truly was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and we loved Africa so much that we would absolutely love to return one day. ❤️🌍
Excellent experience overall
Location in Diani is good, 10 mins from the Diani airport. Atmosphere is fun and pleasant. Rooms are well maintained. Excellent experience and value overall
A Beautiful Stay by the Beach
By far, one of the best resorts I’ve stayed at! The food is excellent, and the swimming pool is amazing. The white-sand beach is beautiful and the location is perfect.
The Italian restaurant could be improved as a proper sit-down Italian dining experience - it’s right by the beach, but the atmosphere and menu could feel more Italian.
The front desk staff could be a little friendlier, but the managers are awesome and very attentive. Special thanks to Mercie for the great service, and Brenda at the Italian restaurant - she was fantastic! Overall, a wonderful experience.
