Well organised, high level of cleanliness, Best rooms ever, valued customer, best services offer, welcoming and caring staffs, but can just add tooth pastes and brushes for guests for them not to go out to get one.

Our stay at Jacaranda Indian Ocean Beach Resort was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the extreme kindness and warmth of the entire team made us feel completely at home. Every single staff member—from front desk reception and security to the poolside and restaurant/beach team—went above and beyond with a smile.
The location of the hotel is outstanding, featuring seamless access to an absolutely pristine stretch of beach. We stayed in the oceanfront rooms, and being just two steps away from the sun loungers was incredible. The team was constantly attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for food and drinks while relaxing by the water.
This resort is a prime example of what Kenyan tourism stands for: a dedicated team working together seamlessly so that everything flows effortlessly (Hakuna Matata) and guests leave counting down the days until they can return.
Thank you to everyone at Jacaranda for such an exceptional experience! We cannot wait to be back.

Beach View of a lifetime
Beautiful experience , the staff were really warm and kind .. Rooms were well Maintained.. The beach view is an experience you wouldn’t want to miss.. Will definitely be back
Location made it all worth it
The location is great with clean expansive and peaceful beaches. The rooms were clean and had good. Relaxing views of the ocean.
Some of the staff were warm and truly helpful - though most of the time I had to be the one forcing greetings. We did understand the presence of interns but maybe next time they should be encouraged more on being confident in guest handling and still being representatives of the hotel for the duration of their internship.
The food was okay, more variety would be appreciated and so would be the inclusion of a soft drink or water with the meals.
