FCDO travel advice

Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) advice relates to imminent departures.

If the FCDO advise against all but essential travel to your destination, our Customer Experience team will contact you to discuss your options. Your options include:

  • Amending to a later period or alternative destination. Please note that the price of your holiday may be greater than or less than your existing holiday and you will be required to pay or be refunded the difference. Mercury Holidays does not charge amendment fees although supplier fees may apply.
  • Receiving a full cash refund within 14 days in accordance with the requirements under the Package Travel Regulations.

Our Customer Experience team will contact you in priority of departure order, there is no need to contact us.
