Hoi An is the most beautiful city I have ever visited. Thousands of lanterns create a magical atmosphere. The sea is beautiful, and the hotel is cozy and the staff are very friendly and helpful. You can see that tourism is booming in this area—new hotel are springing up, and the waterfront is being renovated.
Nice experience
The hotel staff are sincere and attentive. The surroundings are clean and tidy, making us feel welcome and at home throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here.
This hotel is great because of its staff
We will stay here again if we return to Hoi An again. The hotel is in good location - a few minutes walk and you are at the beach or restaurant or convenience store. Plus, it has shuttle service 3 times a day to Hoi An historic center (otherwise, taxi will cost around $4). In addition, you can borrow bicycles from the hotel. The overall hotel conditions (room design, pool chairs, WiFi….) is very good. The breakfast spread has just about everything that you would want (and I did not get bored after 5 days staying.) The Vietnamese staff at Wyndham Garden Inn Hoi An are working very hard to please all of the guests despite of the very low salary (they earn anywhere from $200 to $250 a month to work 6 days a week.). So please be kind to them.
