Boutique 2 Night stay.
Nice hotel and decor, friendly and very helpful staff. It’s very close 5 mins walk restaurants and shopping area. I personally would not stay again unfortunately as Wi-Fi is very poor if you need to stay connected consistently to friends and family .

Favorite hotel in Vietnam!
Love this hotel! Got a balcony room and it was a nice view of the city. But mosquitos exist so didn’t have the doors opened as much. Room was very clean, AC was working well, shower pressure was very nice! Just be careful cuz it gets slippery. I did slip when I walked out to get a towel and just slipped walking back into the shower. The only odd partners the sink in the open so if the water pressure was too high, there would be some splashing. Shower also drains well. Breakfast was okay, fresh eggs and pho was my go to. Staff was very friendly.

Good location in the middle of a busy Old Town, walking distance to the street market and the river scene, always noisy and crowded. Comfortable room with all amenities. Good breakfast buffet, generous servings and mixed selection. Need to improve their customer service approach, and their manners, front desk gentleman with a shaved head, seems uncomfortable when approached and not friendly, avoids eye contact and makes the guests feel UNWELCOME. Not a single word at the time of checking out.. Rude. The ladies were all friendly and helpful.

Worse hotel for noise. Room doors are direct to outside (not inside hotel) and bricks with after s that has homes to outside directly into room, hear all noises out side not sealed off also eBay or taking by other room’s pavements Good breakfast selection

Brilliant stay
We stayed here for 3 nights as part of an organised tour in December 2024. The hotel is in a brilliant location - it's on the island that's part of Hoi An, so it's away from the main hustle and bustle, but just a short walk into the main sites and tourist attractions.
Check-in was quick and smooth and my room looked identical to the photos that the hotel has added on here! The room was good size - plenty big enough for me on my own and would be fine for a couple with big suitcases. There was a large king size bed, bedside cabinets, sofa and table with chair, desk and chair, tea & coffee making facilities, fridge, safe, flat screen TV and plenty of space to hang things up. Everything was relatively new and very clean. The air con worked well and the balcony had a view of the buildings and across to the river beyond.
The bathroom sink was in the main part of the bedroom, with a shower in a separate cubicle (plenty of hot water and great water pressure) and the toilet in another separate cubicle - all with frosted glass too. There was mirror by the sink, but I, and another guy on the trip, both found the lighting around the sink not great and it made shaving difficult - but that's being quite picky.
I slept well - didn't hear much noise from the neighbouring rooms etc. A few of us got laundry done at the hotel and it was reasonably priced and all came back very clean. I didn't use the wifi as I had an e-sim, but others said it was okay.
Breakfast was good - just behind reception and had a good choice of hot and cold food. Fresh passionfruit, banana and melon for example, as well as a good choice of juices and hot drinks. The pancakes were also great!
Overall, a great stay - brilliant location, friendly and helpful staff who spoke good English and great facilities.
