Great little hotel in An Bang
Stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed every moment. Rooms were clean and bathroom, although on the small side, was lovely and practical. On our first night, we did had a water leak, which Trang and her team sorted for us immediately the next morning, all assisting to move us to a new room, equally as nice. Trang also assist us with sightseeing transfers, laundry and taking delivery of shoes and clothing made for us in Hoi An. The hotel has a nice pool area and is a great location down a small lane, which is close to the Main Street of An Bang and the local beach and restaurants/cafes. Look forward to returning to An Bang and to The Blue Alcove.

Family stay with teens
We are a family of 4 with teenage daughters. We stayed for 6 nights at the Blue Alcove, we really enjoyed our stay, rooms were spotless, roomy although not much storage space for clothes. The pool was fab and we often had it to ourselves. The location was very peaceful but handy for all the small shops, spas & restaurants on Nguyen Phan Vinh and only 5 mins walk to the beach.

lovely stay
Went here with my wife and 2 adult children had 3 rooms it was a excellent Homestay hotel very clean nicely appointed rooms and excellent value for money very close to beach shops and restaurants in An Bang. Early in the year so An Bang not in full swing but really enjoyed our 2 day stay

Am amazing experience
I stayed at The Blue Alcove for 2 months from April 2025. The staff are so helpful, professional and engaging. The pool area is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was at the sister hotel, Aira Boutique Hotel. All staff at this hotel are helpful, engaging and care so much for their guests. I'll be returning next year for sure. I would highly recommend both of these hotels.

Peak place in An Bang Hoi An
I honestly can’t say enough good things about The Blue Alcove. From the second we walked in, the staff made us feel like family—so genuinely warm and helpful without being overbearing. The design of the place is beautiful and incredibly clean, but it’s the quiet, peaceful vibe that really made our stay. It’s the perfect sanctuary to return to after a hot day exploring the chaotic (but lovely) in Hoi An Old Town. The breakfast nearby was fresh and delicious every morning, the pool area is stunning for a relaxing dip, and they provided great local recommendations that made our trip so much better. If you are coming to Hoi An and want a place with real heart and soul, book this spot immediately. We will definitely be back!
