Relaxing place with great staff
Service is great - staff is excellent. They have also curated few local activities that can be done during you stay. All amenities are great. They are also focused on sustainability which I really liked.
Good experience at Silk Sense Hoi An
Had stayed here a few times and the experience were great everytime. The staff closely serve us. Even the restaurant manager, Ms. Thuy, remembers our name and our favorite foods.

A 5 Star Experience
An amazing resort with exceptional service. The facilities and ammenities are excellent and all the finer details are so thoughtful. The staff go above and beyond to provide guests with a warm, friendly and accommodating experience. It is reasonably priced and we would definitely recommend to stay here!
Not 5 star
I was disappointed at the very beginning of the week here. Every customer has to wait in reception until 1400 hours to get in their room. It was very impersonal. I was very sick that day and asked at 1355 hours if I could please go to the room and was told I had to wait for 5 minutes. Very unkind. The pool decking is in desperate need of replacement. It looks rather dangerous. There are plenty of sunbeds but definitely need more cushions for the timber ones. The restaurant is mainly empty. The drinks are 6x more than the cafe opposite. The room is very nice with a huge balcony. The bed has nice linen and is comfortable. The shower has good pressure. Breakfast is fine. I personally wouldn’t stay here again. I think 5 stars is generous and definitely don’t think it should be rated as such.
