Tropical oasis
I really loved my stay here was so peaceful. It truly was a gem. The rooms were large and the shuttles were great. The pool is fantastic but the decking has been damaged in the floods I think as the board around the pool was cracked in places. The staff are attentive and lovely. I enjoyed the variety at breakfast and they showed me what was safe to eat with my shellfish allergy. A must do in Vietnam. The bath water was hotter than the shower so not sure why lol. I just decided if I wanted a warm shower or a hot bath. Close to little convenience stores which is nice and the grabs are cheap if you miss your shuttle to old town or the beach etc. Shout out to the gardeners they work so hard everyday picking up leaves that the afternoon storms knock down again. The gardens are amazing. Housekeeping is top notch and always leave a lovely sweet and a small card with the next days weather on. The f and b attendants and reception will do what ever they can to assist and always down for a chat or a recommendation of things to do etc. Best pool so far in Vietnam and a great way to spend a lazy day.

A disappointing experience
I had an unpleasant experience with one of the receptionists during both check-in. In front of guests, she appeared friendly and cheerful, but I happened to walk past and overheard her whispering about guests behind their backs. This made both my roommate and me feel uncomfortable, especially when the resort was busy
I felt that her attitude was not professional or respectful, and it made me unhappy from the moment I arrived. Unfortunately, this was not the experience I expected from a resort. I hope the management can pay more attention to staff behavior and improve the overall customer service.

Great time, I thought T.Nga was a standout assistant, lovely presence at breakfast, super helpful in providing recommendations and extremely attentive and kind. Great free shuttle bus into the centre and good amount of variety of sun-beds for relaxing by the pool.
Fantastic resort
Brilliant resort, we had an incredible 2weeks here. From the moment we stepped into the resort the staff was so friendly and helpful. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink and wet towel following a long flight at check in which lovely. The pool was lovely we always had a sunbed throughout the day. Towels were provided so no need to bring your own. We loved the jacuzzi! We also used the spa which was relaxing. My experience with the staff was top class, massive thank you to Hung and Nga (glasses) both of them was super kind and helpful throughout, they where always checking in on us and knew all our names which I found very personal and lovely. We felt so looked after and we miss them so much, thank you so much for looking after us. We never felt so cared for in any places we have been. Nothing was too much for them, they delivered an exceptional service. The buffet breakfast was delicious, my kids loved making there own pancakes in the morning. The rooms where lovely and clean, every night we had a little treat left in our rooms and the food the hotel offered was delicious and fresh. The shuttle was handy to the old town. Thank you for making our stay memorable 💖 overall our stay was very relaxing which we needed, we loved every moment of it!
