Beautiful environment. Restful. Close to all the city action.
The hotel was central, clean and the breakfast and restaurant options are good as well. Lovely pools and the staff were efficient and welcoming. Would recommend 💕
We had a wonderful stay in Hoi An. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was a good size, clean, comfortable, and a great place to relax after exploring. Breakfast was delicious, varied, and the best of our two weeks of vacation. It was also nice to have a pool to unwind in. The hotel is in a calm location with a friendly atmosphere, making it the perfect base for our trip. Thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality and excellent service. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It is the kind of place that leaves a lasting impression, and we would gladly return on our next trip to Hoi An
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The staff were amazing, helpful, knowledgeable, and always ready with a smile. My room was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after a busy day. The highlight of my mornings was the breakfast, which was simply outstanding with a great variety and delicious options.
The pool was another highlight, it was spacious, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a swim without feeling crowded.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay.
We had mixed feelings about this hotel. It was ok. Its not 5 star as advertised. The rooms were pretty basic and a bit tired. They were clean. The towels were threadbare and the face washers were cut up and hemmed old towels. I am not sure what the turn down service did but close the curtains each night. It is noisy from the bridge as others have said but we found this to be a genuine Vietnamese experience so it didnt bother us too much. The hotel was not fully air conditioned, only in the restaurant and foyer so going between your room and the main areas the heat was oppressive. The pool service was sometimes non-existent and the foot massage i had at the day spa was very ordinary, although it was cheap so i guess thats what i should have expected. On a positive note, the staff were super lovely and the buffet breakfast was ok. The location was good, 10 mins easy walk to the main old town, and also close to some restaurants, bars and markets on the island side. It also has an adults only pool, which was great, because the hotel was full of kids, its a very family oriented place. You get what you pay for here, it suits families on a budget. I would not suggest if you are a couple looking for a peaceful respite from the crowds or heat of Hoi An.
