This luxurious resort boasts an idyllic position on the World Heritage Site of Hoi An in Vietnam. The property is situated along the De Vong river in an area where the river meets the sea, as well as surrounded by a beautiful green landscape. Visitors will find themselves just a short stroll away from the stunning Cua Dai Beach where they can bask in the sun or enjoy a refreshing swim. Each guest room is decorated in a charming Vietnamese style and exudes a lavish and contemporary atmosphere where visitors will truly rest and relax during their stay. All of them boast privileged views from a private balcony or spacious terrace to the river, sea or countryside. Among the on-site leisure facilities, travelers will enjoy the fantastic swimming pool as well as the fitness room where they can keep fit. There are excellent services including sightseeing tours.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Spent a lovely 10 days here with another couple, the establishment is about 5km from the town centre at Cua Dai beach. I would rate the hotel as a 4 star establishment. Rooms were clean, tidy and extremely spacious. Staff were friendly and very helpful and breakfast was better than average. All this for about A$60 a night, what a bargain. Would happily recommend to anyone.
We had a wonderful 7 night stay @ River beach resort. Lovely location, beautiful river views, nice clean hotel. We had a free room upgrade, with stunning views over the river. Restaurant is good, simple menu but good home cooked food, with deals on daily for drinks. Great free shuttle service into Hoi An, which works perfectly. The staff made the stay just perfect, all really lovely people, especialy Anna & the chap who seems to run the restaurant ( we didn't catch his name ) they all made us feel so at home & couldnt do enough for us. We were so sad to leave but looking forwards to returning in the near future! Massive thanks again to the lovely Anna & all the staff 🤍
A great peaceful lovely resort where you can relax in comfort which is only a short free shuttle ride from busy Hoi An. The breakfast was great and we loved spending time in the pool overlooking the river and watching the locals fish and tend their fish farm. We loved our stay but it just wasn't long enough.
I stayed here for 4 nights with a group of friends and it was by far our favourite stop on our Vietnam tour. Located approximately 15 mins from the old town (free shuttle bus available) and just a few minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Hoi An. We had neighbouring generous sized rooms overlooking the river. The hotel was clean and quiet but what made it extra special was the wonderful staff. A special shout out to Nhan, Lily and Anna on reception who were all so friendly and helpful. They couldn’t do enough for us. And to Tony on bar and restaurant duties who was always helpful and smiling. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of food and the only hotel to make gluten free bread! We made use of the free bikes and rinsed happy hour 😀 Highly recommend this hotel!
The hotel is lovely, it is about 15 mins out of old town Hoi An, but less then 5 mins walk to a lovely beach, where the sunbeds are free for hotel guests, the hotel will give you a card to show. They will also provide you with towels for the pool and beach at reception, for free. There are a few eating places, mini markets and massage places next to the hotel. It is a little dated, but it is so tranquil and to have the river at the back of the hotel and beach close, why would you be in your room. The staff are so lovely and friendly. And Anna, wow she is amazing, so smiley and helpful. She booked our tickets for the memories show, gave my straighteners that broke to the maintenance man, who fixed them within 10 mins. I have fluffy, frizzy hair, so need them. She even hugged us as we left. She makes you feel really at home and nothing is too much trouble. The pool is lovely, just the right size, with several sunbeds surrounding it. A shuttle bus is provided to the old town several times a day. And it was being mended on a couple of days we were there, so they provided a paid taxi. We used the last one into town and then got a Grab back, which is similar to uber. They have a little bar there serving all kinds of drinks and cocktails. The rooms are spacious, we had a queen and single bed in our room, with real aircon, not a fan, a mini fridge, small water bottles provided every day. Rooms were kept clean and well stocked. Breakfast was ok, mainly tailored towards Asian cuisine. But something for everyone. They do have funny showers, where the shower head is pointed horizontal, not downwards. But still managed to shower and wash my hair properly. There are a few hangers for clothes, and I’m sure they would provide more if needed, not many drawers for clothes though, but we used the spare bed. There is a little shelf, stool and mirror for hair and make up. But could do with a full length mirror. A balcony with 2 chairs and a table, ours overlooked the pool. We were out one morning and I WhatsApp Anna to book the shuttle bus to collect us at their time and she replied and sorted it.
