We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Renaissance Hoi An Resort & Spa! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed and well taken care of. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and the overall atmosphere is simply perfect for a relaxing getaway.
But what truly made our stay special was the amazing hospitality of the staff, especially Linh and Jane at the reception. They were both so warm, friendly, kind, and genuinely helpful. Every time we saw them, they greeted us with a big smile and made us feel like valued guests rather than just visitors.
Linh and Jane went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. Their positive attitude, attention to detail, and sincere desire to make our stay comfortable really stood out. It is rare to meet people who are so naturally welcoming and caring, and they truly made a difference to our experience.
A huge thank you to Linh and Jane for making our stay so memorable! ❤️ Your kindness and hospitality will definitely be one of the things we remember most about our time here.

BBQ grill evening in Renaissance Danang
When we arrived at the hotel in the evening, Mr. Rum welcomed my family and me warmly. After checking in, he showed us the way to our villa while we had a funny and interesting conversation about different topics. He is a friendly, hard working men. We booked an bbq grill evening, so when we arrived at the villa, Mr. Rum showed us the way outside, where one waitress and one cook were waiting. Because of them we had a beautiful food experience. Ms. Thanh Thao served us as waitress that night. She is a sweet local women, who was very considerate about our needs. She complemented the food in a wholesome way. Chef Canh grilled personally all kinds of meats, seafood and vegetables for us. He is an outstanding young cook, so we could enjoy awesome food. Those two made our experience special that night. I just can recommend doing a grill evening, its worth a try.

Excelent trip
The room and the food at the resort's restaurant was excelent. Especilally Hue Truong , she was lovely and professional. We will comeback next year for sure.
