Great Stay!
We had a wonderful holiday. The local food was delicious. The breakfast was very varied. The coconut coffee was the best I've ever had. Thank you, Uy, for contributing to making our holiday so memorable. She is a very special person. We will definitely come back here.

I arrived early and the reception was very busy and I had to wait. My room was not ready but did not bother me and I went for lunch. I got to my room and it was good, a bit tired but all I need and very affordable. Couple silly things - to use the kettle you have to use the power outlet at the desk which means moving your laptop etc. The room is not soundproof. Other than that it was good, spacious very clean and nice outlook with a small balcony. FOOD- excellent thoroughly enjoyed and over the 3 nights never had a meal anywhere else. Breakfast buffet there was minor faults like a coffee machine not working and the juice taps broken and not cleaned very well. Also good for the hotel was the staff as in the evenings I was up sold a desert and extra drink on all 3 nights. Good on them, as I did not leave wondering what the desert was like. (They were brilliant and a bit different) Great service both sides benefiting. SERVICE - excellent all staff from arrival to departure were excellent, friendly and their interaction made me feel very welcome. The Marriott 5/15 was well executed and appreciated here. Only thing is being 5 star I thought bags would be delivered to room but I had to go and collect. GYM- did a reasonable work out here and the place is very clean and everything in its place. Also the guests were all polite and went by the rules of gym etiquette gym hygiene. Very impressed I went to the gym several times. Just one day no towels were available but for me I have my own. My issues not with staff but people in the pool on second night at midnight then third night till 4 am. Not impressed, next time hope to get a room outside facing I do not need a pool view. Makes me look like an old pervert. SUMMARY- great place, great staff, great food, great value for money. see you next time!

Nice atmosphere and location. Rooms will need some revamp. But the service is really nice, especially Thanh Thao was really nice, understands English very well.
