the most perfect family made
we had such a wonderful stay here. It was my 21st birthday and they made my birthday extra special! they made me a birthday cake, gave me some beautiful flowers and hand wrote me a beautiful birthday card this was done by the lovely Mr VY. Mr Thi (coconut man) took us on a little trip around the hotel to pick some fresh coconuts to drink by the pool which was amazing as well as him bringing us fresh mango! Everybody at the hotel was absolutely lovely, so attentive and friendly especially Mr Smiler! Breakfast was amazing and there were so many options to choose from as well as the lunch and dinner menus. The hotel is perfectly situated near the old town and the Duck stop! Everyone really did become family to us and we cannot wait to come back to see them all again ❤️
Great Hoi An Beach Holiday
Just finishing up our stay at The Palm Garden Resort and our 7 days has flown, being by the beach is so relaxing. Great breakfast, good coffee (yesss), clean and well kept surroundings and room. The happy hour at beachfront bar is perfect, Thien is the best and hardest worker. Looks like he loves his job, always smiling, always scouring the environment for travellers next needs, great people skills, and the one night he wasn’t on duty it seemed to take twice as many staff to do his job! Oh and great cocktails! Spent most of the day lazing by the beach and pool.

Palm gardens retort & spa GOOD relaxing experience
Excellent service excellent food (breakfast to dessert) and value for money good location beach front and good facilities. **2 staff in particular were exceptional, professional, and attentive, prompt service, very helpful, made us welcome and our stay well worth it: “concierge front desk staff: Mr Dung, Bell man: Mr Trung: special thanks!🤩 🤩

Palm beach garden resort
We greeted by Mr VY on arrival and he looked after us for the rest of our stay. He was friendly and helpful. Our stay was excellent and well catered for. Thank you so much
