Little Hoi An Boutique Hotel & Spa Stay - August 2026
Amazing hotel for many reasons. Firstly location is great. Right on the bank of the river where the lantern festival is held, its a quick walk to markets, bars, other sites to see. The atmosphere is good. The hotel is older but the place is kept clean and inviting. The rooms are well appointed and the amenities are good. The staff were amazing. Especially Rose on the front desk who greeted us on arrival then sat with us explaining all the things we needed to know about the place. There is very little noise in the room. The value is on the mid range but due to the touristy area of the old town, its more than affordable. Well worth a stay.

Excellent Service, friendly atmosphere, delicious breakfast
It was amazing stay, from the moment we arrived. The feeling was comfortable with the excellent service. The daily breakfast was delicious with a mixture of western and local. We will surely stay at Little Hoi An again if ever visiting Hoi An in the future. Steps away from restaurants, Old Town, night market and shows. Special thanks to Rose who greeted us from the moment we step to the lobby and Kate who help us with any questions daily. Rose and Kate rises above daily with not only professionalism but an easy to approach friendly attitude.

A great week’s stay
The location and the ambience of the hotel are very good. The staff are exceptional.
My only issue was the bed. Sagging and uncomfortable. The team improved the comfort with a mattress topper, but really the bed should have been replaced already.
Still a great stay and highly recommend.

Amazing little hotel
We booked three rooms for one night and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to better rooms upon arrival. The river views were amazing and really elevated the experience. Check-in was smooth and welcoming. The staff member who first assisted us was especially friendly and informative (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name). The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Breakfast, which was included, was outstanding—especially the made-to-order omelets. In the evening we had a few drinks at the bar, and the two servers who helped us were attentive and accommodating. When one of my drinks didn’t meet my taste preferences, they kindly removed it from the bill. At checkout, Kayle was extremely friendly and helpful. When we asked about purchasing two umbrellas, she generously provided us with two brand-new ones. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Rose, Kate and Kayla were friendly and helpful. Shout out to Anna at breakfast, she was lovely and organised to get fried noodles especially for me! Would recommend.
