Comfortable Stay in Hoi An
We had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would rate it 4 out of 5.
The biggest advantage is definitely the staff. Everyone was very polite, friendly, and attentive. Whenever we had a question or a small issue, they responded quickly and did their best to solve it. A special thanks to Music at the reception. He was professional, experienced, and always willing to help with a smile.
The rooms are not brand new or ultra-modern, but they are comfortable, clean, and have everything you need for a pleasant stay. During our entire visit, we didn’t see any cockroaches or other insects, which was very important to us. Housekeeping was done every day, towels and other necessities were replaced whenever needed, and complimentary tea, coffee, and bottled water were replenished daily.
As for the downsides, the spa services were good, but we would have loved to have a sauna available as well. The breakfast was also quite repetitive, and there were very few meat options, especially for guests who do not eat pork.
Overall, our experience was very positive. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for friendly service, cleanliness, and good value for money.

Nice Hotel
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, with easy access to Hoi An ancient town. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety of choices. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
