Perfect location, amazing staff!
This hotel is already a great pick because you’re in the beautiful city of Hoi An! The accommodations were amazing and it’s an easy walk into the heart of the city, but just far enough where you’re able to get away from the crowds. All staff was so friendly and helpful, I would come back anytime. You know it’s a good trip when you aren’t ready to leave!

Best hotel at Hoi An old town I recommend
I stayed at Laluna Hoi An Riverside Hotel & Spa for 3 nights. It was really nice and memorable for me. The room was big, clean, and had a great view of the river. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was tasty with many choices, and the pool and massage were perfect for relaxing after walking around the old town. Highly recommend booking this hotel if you’re coming to Hoi An Old Town. I will book again staying with my family

From the very moment we were picked up, we were treated with an unbelievable level of care and respect—we truly felt like presidential VVIP guests. The entire team gave us such a warm, authentic welcome, making sure to learn and address us by name right away. Throughout our stay, the service went above and beyond anything we expected:
Concierge & Reception: Unmatched attention to detail, thoughtful recommendations, and flawless assistance every step of the way.
Spa Team: The spa receptionists and staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, creating a deeply relaxing environment.
Dining & Cuisine: The food was fantastic, but what made the restaurant experience so special was the warmth—sharing meals and moments with staff who genuinely cared made us feel like we were sitting down with family.
It’s rare to find a place that balances high-end luxury with such genuine heart and hospitality. Thank you to the entire team for treating us like royalty and family all at once! Especially Ms Tina loved her service and her Manager Ms Daisy
