My friends bad experience

My friend had a very upsetting experience at this hotel. Their wedding rings went missing during their stay, which is an incredibly distressing situation, especially considering the sentimental value of such personal and meaningful items.
No one should have to worry about the safety of their belongings while staying at a hotel. This experience has seriously damaged our trust in the hotel, and we hope management takes this matter seriously and investigates what happened.
I strongly encourage future guests to take extra precautions with their valuables when staying here.
Exprience
We stayed at Koi Hoi An Resort on Oktober 2,and our exprience was extremely disappointing.2 ring belonging to one of our travel companions went missing from the room,where it had been left .when we tried to address the situation,the resort's manangment was unhelpful and did not provide the cooperation we expected.what made this incident even more upsetting was the lack of support from the management.we expected our concerns to be taken seriously and the matter to be properly investigated,but we were left feeling disappointed and unsupported.A resort should not only provide a comfortable stay but also take guests concerns about their personal belongings seriously.unfortunatly,the way this situation was handled left a very negative impression on us Based on this exprience,we would be hesitant to recommend Koi Hoi An resort to others.

Beautiful place! Food was excellent in both restaurants! The rooms were comfy and the staff (Nyla) were great!

Very good quality resort in Hoi An
Rooms and facilities at Koi Resort were excellent. It did rain quite a bit during my stay so I didn’t use them as much as I would have liked. Shuttle into the old town markets was fantastic as the resort is a bit out of the way. However I would stay again for sure. Photos are of the included transport around the resort, and the bridge connecting the resort to the main road. Nyla was fantastic and helpful on the guest services desk at reception too.
