Very nice staff at this hotel
Nice, small hotel - good value for what we paid. We had a family room which was fine for the 3 nights we stayed. The pool was great, and breakfast was nice too. The staff were wonderful and so kind and helpful - definitely the highlight of our stay. They even presented my daughter with an early birthday present which was so kind. We did walk back from Hoi A one night and it is about a 30 min walk. The road by the hotel is quite a busy one.

Bathroom needs some work .
Everything was perfect , great friendly staff , food was good and great location...... now the down side the bathroom. The tub wasn't secured so it rocked back and forth same with the sink. The shower curtain stopped about 6 inches from the floor so floor gets extremely wet when showering and there was a offensive odor in the bathroom (rotten egg) talked to another guest and didn't have same problem. Aside from that the rest of the stay was great.

Katie was so extremely helpful, nice, friendly as were all of the staff. We enjoyed our stay so much rooms were very clean and comfortable. Easy to walk to several restaurants or the staff will call for a driver to take you anywhere. We went to the beach and saw the Memory Show recommended by Katie- it was well worth the price and so beautiful! The hotel was so charming and breakfast each morning was delicious!
Best stay in Vietnam!
The best stay I had in Vietnam! I can't properly describe how amazing the whole staff of Hoi An Riverside was. From the first moment they were very helpful and friendly, recommended us the best activities and things to do in Hoi An, and made sure that our stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Relaxing and care free
We spent 3 nights and 4 days in this accommodation and it was the nicest experience we'd had in all our two weeks in Vietnam. The staff are incredibly friendly and give you a walkthrough of all the available local attractions upon check-in. The facility has spa and laundry services which are very cheap and easy to book, it's all done via reception who confirm you're happy with the price and then just add it on to your tab to pay at checkout. They also book any tours you want to go on for you and I form you when the drivers have arrived so you can just sit back and relax. Best of all, the hotel is only a short walk from the old town which is filled with riverside markets, restaurants and bars. Katie and Tracy were two of the staff serving when stayed and they were fantastic, they looked after everything for us and couldn't have been more helpful, we want to thank them both for all their care and attention, as well as a general shout out to all the staff who were all lovely
