This was our favourite place to stay during our two weeks in Vietnam, friendly helpful staff, yummy buffet breakfast with a vast selection of delicious food and an amazing pool which we made good use of. Close to the accent city however Grab rides were challenging to get at peak times compared with Da Nang. Our two bedroom apartment was spacious and clean and tidy. Probably the only thing I’d suggest is a more comfortable couch as our was no comfortable. Highly recommend and would stay again
This is a beautiful hotel in a really peaceful setting. The rooms were spacious with a comfortable bed. The plug sockets looked like they would accept a variety of different types of plugs, but we used a standard 2 round pin European adapter which worked just fine.
All of the staff were really friendly and made us feel very welcome.
The gym was fairly well equipped for a hotel gym.
The breakfast was ok but I found that certain things would run out and not be replaced… most mornings they had run out of bacon before I came down. I think I only managed to get some bacon on 2 out of 6 days we were there. However, this wasn’t a huge problem in the grand scheme of things.
Getting a grab taxi into town was usually pretty easy and cost around 50k VND although it did vary a little.
I really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return.
Our family recently had a great experience at Anmira Hoi An - Village of Arts and Culture during our holiday in Da Nang. As it was our first time visiting, we were not quite sure what to expect, but the hotel made a lovely first impression.
From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the team. The staff were genuinely kind, attentive, and always ready to assist. In particular, we appreciated Mr Hieu Nguyen, who was incredibly friendly and thoughtful. He interacted so warmly with my family, especially with my nephew, which made our stay even more special. His kindness and welcoming nature did not go unnoticed.
We would also like to sincerely thank Mr Dung Le, the Front House Manager, for his professionalism and prompt support. We experienced a small hiccup with one of our rooms and needed to make a change. Mr Dung handled the situation immediately and efficiently, ensuring everything was resolved smoothly. Thanks to his assistance, we were able to relax and fully enjoy the rest of our stay.
Having stayed in many hotels and resorts over the years, we would say that this hotel stands out for its exceptional customer service. Team's genuine care, enthusiasm, and hospitality shown have made a lasting impression on our family.
Thank you to everyone at Anmira Hoi An for everything.
We stayed here for two weeks and loved it . Everything about it was beautiful from the room that we stayed in which had balconies overlooking the pool and the rice fields to the foliage and flowers . We loved it . We wanted to thank all the staff for making our stay memorable with special thanks to Vee for all her help and advice . We also wanted to thank the Spa staff who helped me when I hurt my back. It was truly beautiful
Interesting experience, food very nice. Service not so good. Not a great check in experience, although we were late in after flight delays couldn’t offer any food service or suggestions where we could get a quick bite. Managed to locate somewhere close by via google ourselves. Lovely village feel in hoi an but avoid this hotel
