It was a very good hotel the room was very comfortable breakfast was delicious they had a lot of variety service and staff treatment more than excellent
Dissapointed
I'm disappointed with my experience at Rosemary Boutique Hotel & Spa in Hoi An. Based on the countless five-star reviews on TripAdvisor, I felt confident I had made a great choice. Unfortunately, I left realizing that many people seem to leave glowing reviews simply to be nice, whereas I write reviews to honestly reflect my experience.
By U.S. standards, I would consider this a solid three-star hotel. The rooms were decent, but they weren't particularly clean. It looked like the furniture was rarely, if ever, moved to clean behind it. The pool was nice, but it also didn't appear to be maintained as well as I expected. There was a bar by the pool that I never saw staffed for the entirety of my stay, and they only have one small set of shelves where there are pool towels available. We constantly had to go into the restaurant to ask for towels, even though the staff clearly saw us walk by in swimwear.
The breakfast was just okay, and the service was similarly average. It wasn't until our last morning that we had a server who was genuinely warm, kind, and accommodating. For the rest of our stay, most of the staff came across as disengaged, as though they didn't want to be there or were inconvenienced by guests.
Overall, the hotel wasn't terrible, but it fell well short of the exceptional experience I was expecting based on its reviews.

A Great hotel in Hoi An - a hidden gem
The hotel is world class elegance combined with spacious old style modern rooms with all the modern amenities. Centrally located between the beach and the Hoi An Market. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and has everything for every one. A must visit. Great location, old world charm and a must visit.
