We had a great time and really enjoyed the stay. The hotel is beautiful, the staff were nice, from the receptionists, the bellman to the restaurant and spa, every one was welcoming and friendly. There is a swimming pool with a breathtaking view on the rooftop. We also had lunch and breakfast at the hotel and the food and service were all wonderful. The hotel's location is not close to the main tourist attractions but that's why we chose it and in fact we did have a really relaxing time. Thank you Fivitel for a comfortable stay ❤️.
15 minutes out from the main town. Beach close by. We got a scooter for coming and going to Hoi An and buzzing around. Marble Mountains and the Hai Van Pass was a great bike ride.Recommended. Staff very attentive. Breakfast average. Beds a little on the hard side.
Not what it looks like in the photo’s No one to greet or help with bags on arrival, room was large but we had a bird in the false ceiling which chirped all night. No where to eat at night ( we arrived 6.30) so need to go out or get room service only serve breakfast in hotel. Was very busy with lots of kids who loved going up and down the elevator (which was right next to our room ) till after midnight. No one spoke with them. First morning for breakfast was told couldn’t sit in dining room was for the tour group so had to sit out the back area which also needs a refurbishment it overlook a building which looked like it was being pulled down it was dusty and extremely hot. Pool area needs a remodel really bad, demolishing a hotel across the road so view isn’t what the photos show. Pool was dirty from the dust coming from the demolition. Can’t swim at the beach across the road have to take shuttle to swimming beach. They have a happy hour but no bar work that one out for your self. We booked 4 nights and only stay 2 left and went and stayed in old town.
The pool was very disappointing – the pictures online were not a true reflection. The water was dirty and even had what looked like an oil slick on the surface, so we didn’t feel comfortable using it. The “bar” was just a phone you had to ring if you wanted a drink, which felt a bit odd. The food was okay, nothing special. Be aware that if you don’t have a car, you’ll need to rely on taxis to get anywhere. The beach opposite is currently under reconstruction to prevent further erosion, and many of the surrounding buildings look quite derelict. If you come out of the hotel and turn right, there is a shop a short walk away – avoid it! It was more expensive there than in Bangkok.
Such a lovely hotel and lovely people working here.We will miss them.Good buffet lunch.lovely massages. We booked 3 of their trips as the prices were so good.Highly recommended Pip and Barry from U K
