Great value in Hoi An
We have just returned from 9 nights at the Emerald Resort having managed to obtain the same pool view room that we had this time last year 2025. We have again enjoyed our stay equally as much as last year and would thoroughly recommend the Emerald for it's location with the lovely river view and easy walking to the center restaurant area. The resort is extremely well managed with excellent obliging happy staff who go out of their way to assist with any questions or requests made. A special mention to Qang, the ever smiling and most helpful person one could wish for. He is an asset to the Emerald resort and should have a bright future in hospitality.

Lovely place with amazing service and great views. Highly recommend!
Beautiful stay! Very convenient near the old town which was an easy walk. Lots of restaurants nearby. Make sure and go to Monkey Bar across the street. The breakfast was lovely! Especially the service by Quang. He was amazing. Remembered my favorite dish and made it special every day. All the staff were very nice. The room was great with a beautiful balcony over the pool! Highly recommend! (There was a lot of construction around so a little noisy during the day.)

Another lovely stay at the Emerald. A lovely small hotel with excellent staff and generally a very chilled feel. We always enjoy our time here - especially with wonderful staff like Quang, Hoang, Nuyen and Maya - who make our stay special - thanks again

Excellent staff and location
The staff were brilliant. Especially Quang who was very friendly and kind and helped me with lots of things. The room was perfect except at the time we were there they were doing building works so it was a little noisy Perfect shower and the bed and pillows were fantastic The massages were great too The hotel is situated in a perfect quiet spot close enough to the shops but quiet
