This place is great!
We had a wonderful six night stay here, which was the perfect and relaxing end to our Vietnam holiday. The facilities are great, the room was well appointed, the pool and garden bar (especially Happy Hour!) was awesome, and the buffet breakfast a hit! Most exceptional though were the staff, from reception to housekeeping and bar and restaurant staff. Shout outs to Hung and Quang for friendly and attentive service!

Fabulous location, wonderful team
Just had a wonderful four nights at Emerald Riverside. The location and hotel facilities are excellent, but the staff are exemplary. Everyone has a smile, everyone went out of their way to make sure that the guests are looked after well. Reception, housekeeping, restaurant, kitchen and grounds staff. A special thank you to Quang for his TLC at breakfast and poolside service. We would be very happy to return again.

Exceptional service, great location and facilities
Just spent four lovely days at the Emerald Riverside Resort and really enjoyed our stay. While the location, room, food and hotel are beautiful, the staff were exceptional. Friendly and very helpful, from the reception staff to the restaurant and housekeepers. We really appreciated Quangβs efforts to provide great service at breakfast and at the pool. We would always want to stay here again. Thank you all the staff for your hard work to make guests feel welcome during their stay. Five star staff π

Very relaxing time!
We had a wonderful and relaxing time here at Emerald. Staff were great especially Quang! Would return and recommend!
Great hotel with personal service and close to town
A really nice hotel, close to town but quiet. Itβs a 5 minute walk to the nightmarket and start of centre town. The people working there have been really kind and service minded. From the manager of the restaurant to all staff at the bar, reception and restaurant. Always supporting help and service and in for a nice chat. Special shout out to Quang, he was very kind, always smiling and ready to support. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful On Wednesday evening they have a bbq with live music which had a great atmosphere
