First trip to Vietnam
Rooms were well equipped, the staff was friendly and went out of there way to make you feel comfortable. Nhi was particularly helpful in helping with tour organising and always greeted you with a friendly smile. The hotel offers shuttle service that was well organised taking you to the beach and the town. The resort was quiet and relaxing. We had a wonderful stay.

Great hotel with clean rooms and a perfect location. A special thanks to Kiera at the front desk for being so kind, friendly, and helpful. She made our stay even better. Highly recommended!

Was very impressed with the hotel n the staff were exceptionally pleasnt n helpful. Lisa Hoan n Kira stood out for me. Will definately make a return visit

I really loved the hotel—it's quiet and peaceful, with cozy and spacious rooms. The bedding and amenities were spotless and snow-white, and the towels were changed every day. I’d especially like to mention Winnie at the front desk. She is a very pleasant young woman who was always ready to help and guide us, always with a polite smile and a great attitude. She helped us arrange a transfer to the old town, call taxis, and more. She truly brightened our stay and left us with wonderful impressions. It was so sad to say goodbye at the end of our trip; it was an amazing vacation! The only slight downside was that the hotel doesn't have its own private beach. However, they provide a shuttle to a beach a couple of kilometers away, where you get free sunbeds. The shuttle runs every hour, which is super convenient.
