We really enjoyed our stay at Bel Marina Hoi Ann Resort. Highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed!
The location can’t get better, within walking distance to local attractions. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious, clean with comfortable beds and pillows. The pool area is very inviting with river views, music and a swim bar. Great value for money! The only recommendation is to improve the food in the restaurant at dinner and lunch time, while the breakfast was pretty good.

Great place
I stayed here for 5 nights and highly recommend it! The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the two pools have amazing views. I want to give a massive shoutout to specific members of the staff who went above and beyond for me. As a solo traveler, the guys at the entrance—especially King—were so kind, attentive, and made sure I was okay. A huge thank you as well to Tu and Alice from guest reception, who helped me immensely. When my flight was delayed and I couldn't communicate with the airline in Vietnamese, they stepped in and handled it completely. Note that breakfast is a bit repetitive with limited vegetarian options, and the in-room Wi-Fi was unstable and kept disconnecting. Overall, though, I had an excellent stay!

This hotel offers the very best in hospitality. The staff were kind and helpful whenever we needed assistance. I can highly recommend this hotel. This was my second stay here, and I’ll definitely be back!
滞在中にインフルエンザに罹ってしまったのですが、病院までスタッフさんが一緒に来てくれたり、お粥やフルーツなど体調を考えたご飯を部屋まで持ってきて貰えました。本当に親切な人達ばかりです。 勿論お部屋も綺麗だしプールも素敵です！
Excellent service
Hotel service by staffs are excellent. Front desk Mr. Tan is very friendly and helpful. Alice as guest relation manager is very resourceful. Hung the driver is polite and helpful. All of them 10/10!
