Amazing hotel and staff
We had a wonderful stay at the Bel Marina. The property was beautiful and the rooms were very spacious. The family room and marina villa are definitely worth it. The staff really made our stay, in particular Ly who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable when traveling with our 11 month old son. She was incredible and no request was too much - Ly made our stay in Hoi An. We will certainly be back to the Bel Marina!
Especially for families with children, I highly recommend Bell Marina
Although we had been to Vietnam several times, it was our family’s first time visiting Da Nang and Hoi An, so we carefully chose and chose Bel Marina as our first accommodation. From the very arrival, the friendly bellboys and reception staff, and above all, the cleanliness of the accommodation, which had been a concern because of the kids, were all excellent with nothing to complain about! I was once again deeply moved by Alice, who stayed with us for a full five nights and greeted us day and night, asking about Hoi An and whether we had any difficulties during our stay.. We highly recommend Bel Marina in Hoi An to Koreans and travelers from various countries planning a trip to Hoi An💓 Especially thank you so much, Alice!

Wonderful 7 Night Stay
We, family with two teens age 14 & 16, had a fantastic 7 night stay at Bel Marina, Hoi An and would definitely recommend it. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk into the Old Town but so peaceful and relaxing with lovely river views.
We had a two bed villa room which was clean, comfortable and well looked after and daily water, the breakfast had plenty of choice and the 3 pool areas were a lovely place to unwind after a day of exploring.
A special thank you to Ly from Guest Relations, who really made our stay memorable. She was so friendly, welcoming and always happy to help with anything we needed. Her kindness and excellent service made us feel genuinely valued as guests.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back the next time we’re in Hoi An.

A home away from home
We have stayed at Bel Marina three times now and it is always amazing. It almost feels like coming home as all of the staff are so kind and friendly. Bel Marina seems to have very low staff turnover as we have noticed that many members of staff are still there from our first visit in 2022, which presumably means it is a good place to work. A particular mention for Hat, Vuong and Scarlett who are all absolute diamonds. The food, location, rooms, etc are all fantastic but it is the staff that make Bel Marina what it is.
Fantastic stayed with Bel Marina Hoi An
Our group had 5 night and everything is perfect. The room is so nice and the staff is friendly and welcoming us. We definitely comeback next time. And hope see you soon Kim and Lisa
