The best
We had such a wonderful stay at this resort and honestly couldn’t fault the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and attentive. The resort itself was beautiful, relaxing and very well maintained, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy our time in Vietnam.
A special mention has to go to Lisa, who was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and looked after throughout our stay. Her warmth, kindness and attention to detail really made a difference and made our experience even more special.
We absolutely loved our stay and would happily recommend this resort to anyone visiting the area. We would definitely come back! ❤️

Wait staff
Shout out to lovely wait person Vanh Khuyen - very nice to have the human face of the resort be someone like Khuyen. She is the type of person who you would be happy to return the favour if she ever visited my country.
Nice Family stay with cooking course
Great Resort, attentive staff, two pools—an infinity pool on the ground floor and another infinity pool on the seventh floor with a view of the river. The resort leaves almost nothing to be desired. We took a great cooking class with Lien, who went out of her way to make it special. It started with a walk through the market, where we sampled various items and had them explained to us. Afterward, we cooked ourselves a fantastic lunch—highly recommended overall.

Highly recommend, such a stunning hotel
Can’t recommend this hotel enough. Perfect location so close to Old Town. Staff were incredible, nothing was an issue. Breakfast was delicious with so much variety. The styling & design of the hotel was beautiful. Our room overlooked the river which was beautiful. A visit to the sky bar & pool is a must if staying here. You won’t regret it.
