A great stay at a great hotel!
Allegro Hotel was an amazing hotel to stay at and spend our time in Hoi An with. The staff are all so lovely and try to make genuine connections and have meaningful conversations with you whenever given the opportunity. It makes it hard to say goodbye when not only the staff are amazing but the hotel itself is so beautiful with so much to offer. A gym, pool and even a place to watch the footy for the Australian visitors! It was such a memorable and fun stay! Not to mention the food on offer is absolutely delicious!
Hotel experience
My family and I had booked Allegro for 3 nights. It has been absolutely amazing. The hotel is clean, staff are wonderful and go over and beyond to help and are very friendly. The facilities are great, you dont need to leave the hotel. I wish we stayed longer.

I stayed at Allegro Hoi An seven years ago and absolutely loved it, so it was such an easy decision to book our family holiday here this July.
We all had the most wonderful stay—it was even better than I remembered!
Allegro Hoi An is a beautiful hotel in every way, from the gorgeous staff and elegant rooms to the stunning shared spaces. The food is absolutely delicious, with so much choice and generosity. The location is perfect too—close to both the Ancient Town and the beach.
The service was impeccable from start to finish. We felt genuinely cared for and spoiled at every turn.
Leaving to head home was the hardest part.

A Little Gem in Hoi An with Exceptional Service - thank you Nancy
Allegro Hoi An truly is a little gem, and we had a fantastic stay here. From the moment we arrived, Nancy at the front desk made us feel so welcome. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our stay, and nothing was ever too much trouble.
The hotel has a lovely, relaxed atmosphere, making it the perfect place to unwind after exploring Hoi An. The ground-floor pool area is a great spot to relax, with drinks and ice cream.
We stayed in adjoining rooms, which were ideal for our family. The interconnecting doors could be securely locked from both sides, and each room had a small balcony overlooking the pool, which was a lovely touch.
Our stay included a meal voucher, and we were pleasantly surprised by both the quality and quantity of the food – it was excellent. Breakfast was equally impressive, with a wide variety of choices in a spacious dining area.
Nancy greeted us again at breakfast the following morning and took the time to check that everything was perfect with our stay. Her genuine warmth and attention to detail really stood out, and she is a credit to the hotel.
We also had a large amount of laundry to do. Rather than charging the hotel’s higher laundry rates, the staff kindly arranged for it to be sent to a local laundry service, saving us money. It was a thoughtful gesture that summed up the hotel’s approach to customer service.
We didn’t have time to have a massage, but the prices looked very reasonable. If I’d had more time I would definitely have treated myself.
We did take the opportunity to use the hotel shuttle bus to the deck house beach where there are free loungers and towels. Here you can also sit on the terrace and get food and drinks.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Allegro Hoi An. If you’re looking for a relaxing hotel with excellent facilities and exceptional staff, this is the place to stay.
