Service at the Lyla restaurant by Tina Kos Thanh and excellent service.
Great location and service
Location is good near the beach and all the staff we’ve encountered have been especially friendly.
The property overall was clean and modern. The room was also great. We were upgraded to a sea view room. This meant that sometimes you did hear the “banh bao day” at night but it was fine.
The IHG program provided a lot of value for us with this stay. Breakfast for us was included with Diamond IHG status at Lyla on the 1st floor. Tina Tay Linh helped us so much at breakfast and even got us a coffee to go. There were a lot of options at breakfast that they rotated so you won’t be having the exact same options daily.
The only downside was probably the elevators. During busy times, such as check-in/check-out times, the elevator took especially long. But we learned to just avoid coming in and out during those hours.

Henry provide excellent service in sharing useful tips to help me plan for my day trip to Hoi An and introduce me to nice restaurants. Thank you for making my stay enjoyable !

Great hotel
Location is a great it’s close to restaurants shops and beach front. All the staff are very friendly specially Tina Men Mary always has a smile in the morning and very attentive. The rooms are big, shower is wonderful and all the amenities you need are provided including free water.

Raining days in Danang
We need to praise the hotel staff, Mr Henry, of Hitel Voco Mebelle, that gave us a lot of help and assistance during our trip to Danang. Advises from him, like the different meals, from different restaurants, gave us a piece of mind on where to eat. We really thank him for his help.
