Golf Holiday
The staff were Excellent A big thanks to Dieu, Tuan , Nghia,Nguyet, Trang and Linh. The hotel was great , I visited with three friends on a golfing holiday and stayed for 8 Nights. A little disapointed with the rooftop restaurant entrees came with the main meals and were a bit cold . Plenty to see close to the hotel and helped us book transport and entry to Ba Na Hills cable car, Would stay again without hesitation
Not value to what I paid.
Location is good but the rest is not good. bathroom only offer shampoo and body gel, NO hair conditioner. Both bottles smell rancid, not fragrant. Should have invested in decent bathroom items. a long list to tell the guests what to do and don't: ie. not allow to eat in the room except the food that they sale in the room like Thai tom yum instant noodle packs (hypocrite). It should be a 3-star hotel not 4. Laundry service is expensive. I took mine to a place nearby and got 80% off. I will not stay in this place again at the next visit.
Terrible Front Office Service
I had a good experience at this hotel until my last day, when I was extremely disappointed by the front office staff, Quyen. I was met with slight hostility. She was unfriendly, English was very poor. I explained that there was a problem with the AC, but she couldn’t understand me. She worked like a robot with no hospitality at all. I’ve never encountered a staff like this before. It was incredibly disappointing. I decided to check out earlier than planned

Beautiful hotel Amazing rooms Breakfast is exceptional Everyone is so lovely Comfy beds The tail side of the dragon sadly but the roof top bar is lovely! Very clean
Great stay, lovely staff!
We had a wonderful stay at the Vanda hotel. Shoutout to Linh, Sa, An, Dung, Tu and Phuc. Our daughter was sick during our stay at the hotel, so she couldn’t eat anything. However, the staff looked for alternatives and were very thinking along with us to find something for her to eat. They asked us everyday if she was feeling better or not, that was so kind if you!
