Don't book this hotel! Bugs and bad food
Booked this hotel, 2 days before going there spoke to a couple who were in the hotel and became ill from the food, also found bed bugs. Because my daughter was having trouble with her stomach. I cancelled my booking because i didn't want to risk my daughter getting more sick. The hotel wouldn't give me my money back. Telling me that everything is OK with the food... The liars!
Please people read the bad review first! There are bugs, cockroaches in rooms people getting sick from food. The service of this hotel is crab.

I booked this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights through Agoda and selected the "Pay at Hotel" option because it seemed safer and more convenient to make the payment upon arrival.
However, the hotel messaged me twice through Agoda asking for payment before check-in. I replied and asked whether I could pay at the hotel as stated in my booking, but they simply repeated that payment had to be made before the check-in date. This was confusing because the booking clearly offered a "Pay at Hotel" option.
What made the experience even worse was that the hotel cancelled my reservation on the very day of my arrival in Da Nang. As I was travelling, I did not check the Agoda app regularly. I only discovered the cancellation after landing at Da Nang Airport.
When I called the hotel to ask why my booking had been cancelled, the receptionist/manager repeatedly stated that it was their hotel policy. I explained that if this was their policy, they should have cancelled the booking at least a couple of days in advance, not on the day guests arrive in the city with nowhere to stay.
Unfortunately, the staff did not listen to my concerns, kept arguing, and eventually hung up the call without properly explaining the situation or offering any assistance.
If the hotel does not genuinely allow guests to pay at the property, then they should remove the "Pay at Hotel" option from Agoda to avoid misleading customers.
This was a very disappointing and frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this hotel due to their poor communication, lack of customer service, and last-minute cancellation.

The pool was great, and I really enjoyed the breakfast, especially that they served bacon. The top view restaurant had beautiful views, and the doorman was very friendly and welcoming. The room was also very spacious, which made the stay comfortable.
On the downside, some areas, like the gym, did not have air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable to use. Also, aside from the pool and gym, there wasn’t much to do at the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a few areas that could be improved.
