A Lovely Stay at Nalod Da Nang – Beautiful Sea Views and Thoughtful Staff
A little late posting this review, but I finally found the time to share our experience from our Vietnam vacation last July 2026! 🇻🇳
We stayed at Nalod Da Nang Hotel from July 24–28, 2026, and overall, we had a lovely experience.
Our room had a beautiful sea view, which was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We were also lucky enough to visit during the Enjoy Danang Festival 2026, which made our vacation even more memorable.
We appreciated the hotel's thoughtful gestures. They welcomed us with fresh fruits in our room, and towards the end of our stay, they even surprised us with a small cake left in our room. Such a sweet touch!
There were a few downsides, though. Our bedsheets were not changed during our stay, and there was no ironing board in our room. For a 5-star hotel, I think these are areas that could be improved. We also noticed that breakfast arrangements were separated depending on the guest's room tier.
One thing I particularly appreciated was how helpful the staff were during our departure. There were preparations and drills for an upcoming police and military event near the beachfront, which affected access in front of the hotel. The staff kindly guided us through another exit and helped us while we waited for our Grab ride. We used Grab throughout our Vietnam trip, so their assistance was really appreciated.
Looking back, we were also fortunate to have wrapped up our vacation before the heavy rains that followed in Vietnam.
All in all, it was a great stay! Despite a few inconveniences, the beautiful sea view, thoughtful surprises, and helpful staff made our experience memorable.

A Memorable Stay
I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was lovely, and the service exceeded my expectations. Thanh Thao at reception was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always smiling. Her positive attitude made a big difference to my experience!

Great location right across from the beach! 🏖️
Stayed here for two nights during a longer Danang trip, and the location alone makes it worth it. It’s right opposite Beach No. 1 with plenty of coffee shops and a supermarket right next door.
What I Loved:
The Look & Design: Really liked the clean, modern minimalist interiors. A fun highlight: the hotel building has such a unique look that it was super easy to spot from far out in the ocean when swimming back to shore during my morning swims!
City View King Room: Super spacious, clean, and modern with a large bed and good AC. Quiet and nice room.
The Facilities:
Pool & Beach: The pool is on the smaller side, but not an issue since open-water swimming at the beach is just a 2-3 minute walk across the road. (Bonus tip: Beach No. 1 has lockers and showers for just 30k VND so you can keep your valuables safe while swimming).
Food:
Breakfast: The buffet selection is not extremely lavish, but given the location, it’s super easy to pop out for food or order Grab delivery.
Overall, a comfortable, high-value stay in a very safe and walkable area. Staff were helpful, and I’d definitely stay here again!

A great hotel with excellent service and a wonderful overall experience
A truly memorable stay! The hotel has a great location, a relaxing atmosphere, and thoughtful service from start to finish. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and every staff member was warm and welcoming. A special thank you to Thanh Thao at the front desk for her genuine care, enthusiasm, and excellent support. Her friendly attitude made the stay even more enjoyable. Definitely a place I would love to return to!
