Nice hotel but rude HENRY
We 7 friends visited da nang on 15-11-2025 and stayed in Sunny Ocean Hotel & Spa Hotel was very nice and clean all amenities were good. One complaint is that front desk staff were not costumer friendly.one guy named HENRY was very rude with us .don't know what happened to him.was so irritating and rude when we asked for umbrellas for us . For seven people he gave only 3 umbrellas and one was broken. But collected 150000 vnd from us for the same broken umbrella.apart from this he talked with us rudely like " don't talk too much"
Great experience
We had a great experience staying here. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with all the top notch amenities. Thanks to Henry and team for the warm welcome and outstanding service. Henry was professional, helpful and genuinely friendly. The location of the hotel is very close to the beach, add on beach view from the room. Definitely recommend to stay here, made for a memorable trip.
Loved it
The hotel was very nice. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was very good and Stella and Mateo were very helpful because we had veg and non veg. Gusmi was there in case we needed something. They even found my amethyst bracelet that I left in the room. Loved our stay.
Good Location with some critical points
Good Location, near to beach ND everything, nice staff, especually Gusmi at the reception. Good rooms, but noisy If the neighbour is noisy. Also a joke is the so called Gym. Not useable. ! And the pic in the sites ist not real.
