Best stay ever .. we are definitely going back next year.
Was the best and friendliest hotel we have ever stayed in. Everything was beyond our expectations . The buffet breakfast was the best I’ve ever seen. Good mix of European and Asian influence. All staff were first class right down to the room attendants. The outstanding staff on our visit were concierge attendants Vi she truly made our stay perfect and Tai well he made my partners Golf dreams come true by not only organising his bookings at 5 courses with the best tee times but organised the transport and cared for his golf clubs. What a relief to have someone who had great English but total care and thoughtfulness on our awesome stay. Vi and Tai always always went out of their way. I was unwell and had to go to the local hospital so Vi organised all that and walked me through everything and it was so easy to navigate the international hospital with her guidance.
10/10 experience, relaxing and fun
Our stay at Shilla was amazing! We were made to feel at home and welcomed by all the staff. Our treatments at the Sulwha soo Spa was extremely relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish. Our therapists Ms Van and Ms Hoa made us feel comfortable and the treatment was above our expectations. Also the hospitality in the bistro and the staff by the pool were excellent, Ms Vy and Ms Han were always available to assist with fast service and a lovely chat. Wish our stay was longer. Would recommend.
Perfect hotel in Danang
I enjoyed my stay at Shilla! Love the service, facilities, food and everything. Giao Phan is my favorite employee here. She knows what she’s doing and always tries to help us. I’ll definitely be visiting here again. 🙂
Excellent Service
All the staff are very accommodating and provide excellent service. Ms. Ngoc (Jia) at the reception is especially helpful. She always greets guests with a warm smile and promptly assists with any requests. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. Great service indeed!
Wonderful hotel, service and ambience!
We absolutely loved our stay at Shilla Monogram! The service, atmosphere, decor, food, amenities—-all of it top tier! It’s a very peaceful and relaxing environment. We felt well taken care of and catered to, beginning with Vi at the front desk. All staff members were kind, especially in the M Dining hall. Breakfast was wonderful. The rooms are clean and beautiful. Overall, highly recommend a stay here and we will be back!
