I had a fantastic time here. The highlight of the trip was Binh. He was so nice and caring at the pool and always made sure we were alright.
Excellent stay with care-giving staff
We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Grand, and the experience was memorable. The excellent food at La Plage and Table 88, the beautiful long swimming pool, and the tidy, clean room all made our journey perfect and relaxing. Regarding the associates’ service, I would especially like to thank Mr William Dang, Manager, and Ms Lan from the concierge desk. Mr Dang provided outstanding service at both La Plage and Table 88. He was attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our meals. He checked on us at the right moments and always handled our requests with a warm smile. From our observation, he also managed to keep the entire restaurant running smoothly and in a service-oriented manner. We truly appreciate his dedication to hospitality and look forward to seeing him again during our future stay. Ms Lan at the concierge desk was also amazing. She was cheerful, patient, and very helpful. She gave us excellent recommendations for gift shops and nearby restaurants, taking our preferences into account and showing us the map and the routes to the right places. We also appreciated her thoughtful reminders, such as advising us to bring umbrellas when the weather was uncertain. These little details showed how much she cared about guests’ comfort and safety.
Our family stay at Sheraton
From the start of the holiday we were welcomed at reception with so much hospitality. Amy was lovely at checkin. Then the kids went to the pool and spent hours there Binh the lifeguard by the pool was so helpful and lovely too. The family had a lovely time. Such great service. Will definitely return again
Excellent services
We had a wonderful holiday at Sheraton Grand Danang Resort & Spa. The room was spacious, clean and well-equipped. The 200-metre swimming pool was beautiful and Instagram-worthy. Notably, the food at La Plage and Table 88 was exceptional. Special thanks to Mr William Dang for his attentive and friendly service. His warm hospitality made our stay truly memorable. In addition, the bell attendants were very helpful and happy to assist us with our luggage. They gave us a very good first impression of the resort. Well done!
Full day of experiences, absolutely worthwhile
A really wonderful hotel with equally wonderful staff who go above and beyond to make you feel at home. I had the privilege to spend a day at the resort and experienced not only the most gorgeous infinity pool, but their spa and many restaurants as well. If there’s one luxury spot to pick, let it be here!
