Great staff but otherwise not so good
Great staff and view, otherwise very poor. Noisy rooms that required engineer repairs twice in 5 days. Supposedly sound proofed but definitely not. Elevators take up to 15 minutes to get one, sometimes, had to take the stairs 11 floors. Pool was very small and crowded.
Good breakfast and staff were very supportive of dietary restrictions. Clean room with high quality staff.
Treat yourself to a 5 star experience
An amazing hotel the staff are magnificent they just can't do enough for you. The meals are terrific. I could not fault our stay in any way.

Terrific beach town hotel
Spent 4 nights in this fabulous hotel, September 23-27. High floor, corner room, balcony facing the South China Sea. Was just thrilled. Large clean rooms, excellent breakfast buffet, spa and pool. Beach across the street. Easy access. First rate, friendly staff, with a special mention to Ms. Quiynh. She was quite personable, always engaged to help. She found us two excellent restaurants: the Moc Quan Seafood Restaurant and Bep Coun, both Michelin Selected. Made the reservations and called the taxi. I definitely will return.

Great staff, location and hotel
The staff made us very welcome from the moment we stepped foot in the door. The room was very good, large balcony and a great view over the ocean. Breakfast was amazing with many options.

Location location location
Had an amazing month here in August 2025. The weather was hot and mainly dry but did catch the tail end of a monsoon for a couple of days. The hotel itself is in a great location north of the city on the beach. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, convenience stores within walking distance. The hotel itself was extremely comfortable and well appointed with an excellent buffet breakfast. The staff knew who we were after day 1 and as my travelling companion and I would attend breakfast 10 or so minutes apart, without having to supply a room number, they were able to tell me where they were sitting. They seem to have an amazing memory and excellent customer service. I left a cheap umbrella outside one evening and checked if someone had handed it in. They hadn't and I let it go. I got a call from reception within the hour saying they'd checked their CCTV footage and found the tour company who accidentally picked it up and had it returned the next day. That is the best service I've ever had at a hotel. The staff including security were professional and friendly (including Cuong who we had laugh with most days). I would recommend an ocean side room as the afternoon sun hits the city side of the building for a long time. While we spent most of our time eating in the evenings in the south and central part of the city, it was a quick scooter or grab ride away. All in all a great location, great staff, great price and excellent location. I'll be staying there atain when I return next as I cannot fault the experience.
