Staff Ny Na showed care and concern during our check out, getting our feedback regards various aspects of our room. She brought a birthday cake to our room. Thank you for the thoughtful gesture! I will comeback again.
Fantastic staff and location
Nyna and Lele receptionists were fantastic, went above and beyond my expectations of customer service. They are both a credit to the hotel. I am a solo female traveller from Inverness, Scotland. Their English is fantastic and they are so friendly and welcoming and they gave me a map of the local area and things to visit and pointed me in the right direction too.
Thank you both for your outstanding customer service and making me feel so welcome at the hotel. I will definitely recommend this hotel to other people. Thank you so much.
The roof top swimming pool was amazing too, a bit chilly getting in, but once I was in it was refreshing and relaxing. The food at breakfast was also delicious and there was a huge selection.

San Marino Boutique. Having stayed here for 2 nights whilst in Danang, unfortunately the hotel did not live up to my expectations, considering all the good reviews on Tripadvisor. It has a good location to get to beach. Approx 10 minute walk. All staff are extremely friendly & helpful. Bedroom - huge bed which overpowers the room. Very little floor space for suitcases & lack of space either side of bed when getting up to use the bathroom. Poor shower & poor hot water, needing to run for about 5 minutes plus before warming up. Extensive varied choice at breakfast. My husband enjoyed the rooftop pool. 2 nights stay here was sufficient for our needs.
