A beautiful resort, magnificent stay!
We recently stayed 10 nights at the magnificent Pullman Beach Resort Danang. An absolutely beautiful resort - we had a spacious and very comfortable room (with a bath), there was a fantastic pool area and immaculately cared for gardens. The beach is clean and many people would watch the sunrise at 5.30am and do their morning exercises on the beach. Room service was amazing, and we dined at the Azure Lounge many times. We were impressed by the customer service of the staff from the moment Jolie greeted us so warmly at the airport. She also helped us out as the Concierge many times, with suggestions for places to go in Danang. There were a number of other people worthy of commendation - Vu, who drove us to and from the hotel, Kiet the manager of Epice Restaurant who checked in on us and chatted with us at breakfast, Hien at the Azure Lounge and the lovely chef at breakfast, Thuy who spoiled us on a number of occasions with a special smile and delicious breakfast treat. Perfectly positioned, a Grab cost us between $1.80 AUD and $4 AUD to get most places. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful hotel with welcoming staff
A beautiful hotel with amazing beach front views, together with fantastic food made this one of our favourite holidays.
However, it was the staff that really made it…so many to say thank you too, but here are some of the team that made the difference for us: Kien - always smiling and super efficient. Tommy - the first person who welcomed us and was full of information Hoa - kind and graceful at our lunches Chau - full of energy at dinner service with a big smile Thuan - lovely service and always ready to help Thien - the bar man with the moves and amazing cocktails. He kept us entertained throughout our stay. And then to the two managers that kept checking on us - Jennie and Kiet.
I know there are others that also made a difference and sorry I can’t name everyone, but they know who they are.

My stay at Pullman Danang
The facilities at the hotel were excellant. The room was very comfortable and well set up. The main reason, however, for my 5 star rating is the staff. They were absolutely exceptional - friendly, helpful and delightful with excellant language and communication skills. Jolie & Jaymie in particular helped me with on-going travel and tour arrangements

great experience
relax trip, we spent almost time at the spa and it was very good. We also want to thank to Guest Services Evie for helping us contacting the grab driver when my friend lost his bag in the car. The breakfast had a lot of choices
