The spa in the hotel is very good. I did a foot and head and shoulder massage for one hour. The therapist Hien is very nice and did great job. The receptionist Thanh is very kind too. I enjoyed the massage very much.

Cooking Like A Local!
Vanessa and Doan shared with us 5 great recipes as well as some dipping sauces. We cooked these recipes under the guidance of the wonderful Vanessa and Doan with lots of tips and then we were able to enjoy the meal. There was a lot of food. Such a fun activity to do on holidays. Vanessa even assisted with making this totally gluten free for me since I am coeliac.

visited the spa and had a wonderful time. My therapist, Nhi, was very attentive and kept checking in to make sure the pressure wasn't too painful. Her polite and thoughtful service made the experience incredibly relaxing. I am extremely satisfied.
The Perfect Hotel for a Family Vacation
Perfect, quiet location for a family vacation, yet close to everything. The atmosphere is relaxing, making it an ideal place to unwind. The room service team is very professional and attentive, even though our child sometimes creates a mess. The Pullman staff go above and beyond to keep our stay comfortable, enjoyable, and stress-free.
A special thank you to the wonderful ladies at the Kids Club. They are so kind, caring, and great at entertaining the children, giving parents the chance to enjoy some well-deserved "me time." Their warmth and enthusiasm made our family holiday even more enjoyable.
