So Glad We Chose This Hotel for Our First Trip to Vietnam
This was my first trip to Vietnam and my daughter’s first overseas trip for her 8th birthday. I was a little nervous about traveling without a tour guide, but I’m so glad we chose this hotel.
During our stay, I ran into an unexpected problem at a spa shop because I had left my wallet at the hotel and couldn’t return to get it at the time. I called the hotel late at night, and Liam answered and kindly helped me resolve the payment issue. I was so relieved and truly grateful for his help.
The room was comfortable, the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food, and I really enjoyed the swimming pool on the 23rd floor.
Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The facilities were great, and the staff were kind and helpful. Thank you, Liam, for your help and for making our first trip to Vietnam a little less stressful. I would happily recommend Pavilion Hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang!
