Outstanding service
The restaurant provided an exceptional dining experience, characterized by its welcoming atmosphere. We received outstanding service from My Duyen, Kim Man, and Tuan FB, who ensured our visit was thoroughly enjoyable.

Disappointing
We stayed at this hotel in 2025 and had a lovely experience. Our room with a balcony was comfortable, the location was excellent, and being so close to the beach made it an easy choice to book again for our return trip in July 2026.
Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. We had booked the same balcony room through Booking.com, with all of our reservation details clearly confirmed. However, on arrival we were told the hotel had lost our booking details from WhatsApp. As our booking was made through Booking.com, this explanation didn’t make sense, as all of the booking information and room type were available there.
Instead of the room we had reserved, we were given two twin rooms described as “deluxe”. They were anything but deluxe – the rooms felt tired, dated and lacked any character, and neither had the balcony we had specifically booked.
We were also surprised by how much the hotel had deteriorated since our previous stay. The lift carpet was grubby, woodwork around the hotel was peeling, and the overall appearance suggested a lack of maintenance.
Breakfast was another disappointment. Vietnam is known for its fantastic coffee, yet the coffee served at the hotel was the worst we had during our trip. The breakfast itself was uninspiring, and the serving area was often untidy, with spilled food left around the buffet.
It’s a real shame because we had such fond memories of our stay in 2025. The location remains excellent, but the decline in the hotel’s condition, the poor handling of our booking, and the disappointing facilities mean we would think twice before returning.

The Paracel journey
I loved my stay at Paracel Hotel Da Nang—the hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the food was delicious with great variety and quality. A special thank you to Ms Man Duyen, Tuan , the Supervisor, and her amazing team for their warm, attentive, and accommodating service throughout our stay. Their care made us feel truly welcome, and I would happily return on my next visit to Da Nang.
