Worst checkout experience - Would not recommend
I stayed for 3 nights at Hotel Paracel Danang. Everything was okay until the last day.
While checking out to go to the airport, the reception staff behaved very badly. She charged us 100,000 VND for a body wash dispenser that was ALREADY cracked before our check-in.
When I asked how I would know if it was cracked before, she rudely replied "you should check everything one by one before check-in". How can a guest check for a small crack in a bathroom dispenser?
She also said she would not allow us to check out without paying the 100,000 VND. In the end, she forced us to pay.
This kind of behaviour totally ruined our vacation. Very disappointing and unprofessional hospitality.

Infian foods item are less then Asian foods so plz my advice is this make Indian foods more so people come and stay

I returned after more than a year, and everything was just as I remembered. The staff were lovely and enthusiastically helpful whenever I needed anything; a special thank you to Nora, Bao, and Phong.

I stayed in a room with a sea view; everything was great—clean and airy. I went swimming in the sea frequently since it was within walking distance. However, there was one thing I didn't like: the shampoo and body wash had no scent and looked rather old, which made me uneasy about using them. On the plus side, the food was diverse—including options for a vegetarian like me—and the staff assisted with everything I needed. Thank you, Bao and Ngan, for your help.
