Luxtery Hotel

As an Indian, I request fellow Indians to not book this hotel - My friend and I stayed there overnight and next morning at the time of checkout were falsely accused of not paying for water kept in the fridge. There was a tiny break in the seal which we had not broken. However the hotel staff didnt listen to us, mae us cancel our cab and miss out on activities just so that we could go up in the room and luckily show them that we had 4 empty bottles of water which were in trash (purchased outside) and had 2 bottles of water on us as well. These bottles were branded differently from what they provide in hotel was the reason we were allowed to then leave after 1 hour of going back and forth in the room and lobby ans reception and justifying ourselves to the entire hotel - this was extremely humiliating as a we would never steal 1-2 dollar water bottles and request no one else to go through this harassment.

This is an excellent four-star hotel that offers value for money. It is located between the beach and the river on the main thoroughfare, with both the beach and the riverfront within walking distance.

This newish hotel has spacious rooms, with a spacious walk-in shower that has very good water pressure. The rooms are clean and well serviced.

The breakfast is decent, with a good choice of Western and Vietnamese food, including vegan. A chef prepares eggs to order.

The reception staff are friendly and helpful. I found Ken to be very helpful, including in arranging my transport to Hue city by a limousine van that picked me up from the hotel and dropped me off at my Hue hotel.

There is a K-Mart next door that is popular with Korean tourists as it stocks items from South Korea. Koreans make up 70% of all foreign tourists visiting Da Nang, according to city authorities. And some Koreans even own small businesses in Da Nang, from restaurants and spas to motorbike rentals.
