Great location with wonderful views with a great atmosphere. The rooms are very nice, clean, and comfortable. The service is very nice and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Phwoa, where do i even start to describe this hotel.

Location? top notch, secluded from the hustle and bustle of Da Nang city/beach area, perfect if you need to have a complete rest and feel like you need your me time completely.

I've tested 2x different type of rooms, 1x King Club Suite and 1x Classic Room and i must say while the Club Suite room have impeccable view, the Classic Room is also still above average in terms of cleanliness, ameneties provided, and i can't even describe the rainmaker in the bathroom you have to try it to believe it.

As i menntioned above when staying at this hotel all you hear is the wave of the ocean that makes your sleep 10x better.

The Pool and the private beach also gives you that refreshing feeling without having to share with too many people, which for introverts like me is perfect.

But where this hotel stands out above the rest is how they service you, which in itself is a great value no matter what type of room you book/pay.

Another special shout out to the Citron team Ly, Ivan, and Sue who helped during Dinner and Breakfast with some of our special request which i can understand can be a little bit frustrating, but they helped with a smile and make sure all request was provided accordingly.

Should you consider this hotel when visiting Da Nang? without a doubt. Is it expensive ? with the service, ameneties, and the peacefulness it gives you this hotel is priceless. Will i come back ? absolutely.

We had three remarkable nights in this extraordinary - probably unique - property. About 40 minutes drive from the airport, this hotel is wonderfully isolated, with its own private cove/bay, and rooms/buildings down the hillside, supported by buggies and a delightful cable car. While it does not come cheap, it is excellent in many many regards, including charming staff for whom nothing is too much trouble. My only mild disappointment was the breakfast - everything hot is to order (the buffet is only cold stuff), and I felt the choice a little repetitive and disappointing. But that's a small grumble in the context of a lovely three night stay.
