Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Everything except customer service. You’d think in a place like this it would be top tier but it’s not, in fact the women who run guest services are awful and have zero customer service skills when it comes to an issue arising. No help! No accommodation.
Overall, the hotel was exceptionally clean, and the daily housekeeping and room maintenance were flawless. We were also deeply impressed by the warm hospitality of every staff member.
In particular, Lucas, the manager in charge of our room, was incredibly kind and professional. Throughout our stay, he responded to all of our requests promptly and with genuine care, which truly exceeded our expectations. Thanks to Lucas, our experience at the hotel felt even more perfect.
If we have the opportunity to visit again, it would be an honor to meet Lucas once more. Thank you very much for making our stay so memorable.
Khuyen Tra was very helpful and provided great service - took great photos too for the family
Jin, Nhi, and Trinh made our stay at the InterContinental Da Nang truly unforgettable. Their genuine warmth, attentiveness, and exceptional care elevated every moment of our experience. They are the reason this resort is an absolute must-visit. Thank you for your incredible hospitality!
The hotel is perched on the side of a hill overlooking a private beach and bay. Lush jungle surrounds the hotel and makes it feel completely private. Rooms and facilities are arranged across 4 levels up and and down the hillside (heaven, sky, earth and sea). Moving around the resort is easy with 24 hour buggies and a gondola running up and down the hillside.
Rooms are lovely. Comfortable. A good size. Lots of amenities. Good air conditioning. Very nice decor. There are families of rare type of monkeys living in the resorts and the resort plays on this nicely with monkeys a decor theme throughout.
Food and beverage are amazing. There are at least five restaurants although we only ate in three as we were on a full board package that didn’t include the Japanese or French restaurants. Service is even better! Throughout the resort are friendly and helpful staff. Nothing is too much. Management are also floating around checking that clients are happy and standards are high. A special mention to a few staff that we got to know and made us feel like family: Ann, Alan, Harry and Adam in the Club Lounge and to Helen in Terra Mare restaurant.
The guys on the beach cannot do enough for you and bring cold towels, water, tea and fruit throughout the day.
We spent 6 days here and loved it. We will be back
