Best hotel in Danang
This hotel is probably the most beautiful one in Vietnam and with so many amenities. Staff are super friendly and welcoming. Anthony, our butler, went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Super hotel for family relaxation. Will definitely come back!

Disappointing Post-Stay Communication
We had high expectations for our stay and while the team at the beach and Long Bar were fantastic, the resort overall did not live up to 5-star standards. Beyond service inconsistencies at the main restaurant and disappointing room allocation, the post-stay communication was what truly disappointed us.
While management was prompt to send a generic follow-up offering a conditional future room upgrade, communication completely ceased as soon as we declined and inquired about alternative gestures for a non-staying visit.
True hospitality and good service means carrying care and communication all the way through not just offering standard gestures when convenient. The resort lacks the finesse expected at this tier.
Warmly service
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the hotel for a truly comforting and touching stay. When my girlfriend fell ill—suffering from dizziness and nausea to the point where she couldn't care for herself—the hotel manager, nurse, and staff provided us with exceptional care. Despite the heavy rain, they visited us multiple times to check on her condition and thoughtfully brought us plain congee and ginger tea. I am especially grateful to Ms. Đông Đông and Nurse Kim Nhat. When my girlfriend’s condition worsened the next morning, Ms. Đông Đông efficiently handled our checkout arrangements, coordinated internal hotel logistics, and arranged a taxi to the hospital. Nurse Kim Nhat accompanied us the entire way, offering constant comfort and encouragement. She also coordinated with the hotel's airport staff to secure us access to a priority security lane and personally pushed my girlfriend in a wheelchair for her medical examinations, allowing me to focus on handling payments and other necessary errands. This stay gave us a wonderful experience defined by warm, personalized service. Once again, a heartfelt thank you to the entire hotel team! ^_^

Love this place!
We stayed in a 3 room villa and Mochi took care of our every need the entire time. I can’t say enough about how special we felt by all the employees at this resort. Everyone was so friendly, the food was excellent, the beach was amazing, the activities were perfect, the pools were gorgeous, and the food was out of this world. They had something for every taste bud. The architecture in this resort is stunning. We got to witness the monkeys, and they shuttled us by golf cart anywhere we wanted to go in this resort. Ask for Mochi! You will not be disappointed!
