Good Staffs in Da Nang
The room is clean. The staffs are very nice and kindness. There is no barrier to communicate in English. It located is nearby little Korea. The Vietnam restaurant is very goods next to the Hotel. A lot of Korean tours around this location. Just across a street you can find a lot of Korea restaurant. 5 mins walk to the beach and easy to go other places.
Da Nang
Hotel location was good, easy to get around. Mans, on reception duty was very pleasant and helpful, his English was quite good, he was desperate to learn. Our room was good, comfortable and clean. Unfortunately breakfast was terrible, we appreciate we were in an area where there were a lot of Korean tourists, but no cereal, everything was cold, even if meant to be hot. Didn't seem to replenish, once empty that was it. The 2 juice containers always near on empty and didn't look clean. The only eggs they could cook were hard fried ones which they put in their soup or on rice. Absolutely no choice for the western visitors. Don't get me wrong I do eat their food , but don't want it for breakfast as well. What made it worse was the language barrier, just as much my fault, should of looked up a few more words, but we couldn't make them understand so we gave up in the end. Da Nang itself is very nice, up and coming.
Friendly hotel, conveniently located
Stayed here 6 nights and spent days on the beach and evenings by the two bridges and the lively nightlife north of the Dragon Bridge. WiFi is great, buffet breakfast has a Vietnamese feel, eggs available. Was always satisfied and well looked after. Staff in reception are very helpful and happy and I would stay here again. This is my first stay in Da Nang and I would like to come back again. Thank you Seleena, thank you all so much.

This is the place to stay
The fantastic staff make sure your stay is the best. The room is well equiped and maintained, clean every day and water supplied as well. The location is 700 meters from the beach one way and in the other direction, about the same distance is the Vincim SC which has a good mix of shops and a supermarket. The Hotel area is full of wonderful restaurants and breakfast in the dinning room is wonderful. It has a large array of tasty foods and coffee for you to start the day and service is second to none. I can not say a bad word about this hotel and at the price was a spectacular well priced, well positioned and well serviced holiday dream for us. Thank you to the kind staff and the wonderful smiles that never ended!

After over 2 years of lockdown from the notorious Covid pandemic, we came to Da Nang again and staying at this hotel for 5 datys and 4 nights.
The hotel has done some renovation, front desk receptionist are very friendly, especially one of their staffs Mr Max Lee; very proactive and helpful person. Other staffs are also very kind and helpful.
The staffs up on 11th floor where they serve breakfast and lunch are friendly and those unable to speak English will use Google Translate to tell you what they can offer everyday (no breakfast buffet due to the pandemic is not yet over...).
This hotel is another good choice for those interested to visit Da Nang for a short trip.
