Hilton Garden Inn Da Nang

I stayed at The Hilton Garden Da Nang for a week and was extremely pleased with all aspects of the hotel and staff. Check in and out was seamless. The room was very clean with a great view of the ocean and sunrise! They probably have the most comfortable bedding I've ever had at any hotel. Their breakfast buffet had an abundance of selections and to my liking the bacon was crisp every day. A lot of hotels barely cook their bacon and it's more fat than crisp :) Every morning they had not only staples such as bacon, eggs, cheeses, salad etc. but also new items every rotation such as pasta, potatoes, casseroles as well as vegetarian options. I ate at the restaurant for dinner a couple of time and it too was delicious with great service. Housekeeping did a great job and were very professional and the front desk employees were always nice and helpful as well! Management also cares quite a bit and are very prompt to remedy any issues. I only had one example where I didn't care for the sandwich, and they did everything to make it right including calling me right when I arrived to my room lol. Overall, a 10 out of 10 on everything. I highly recommend The Hilton Garden Da Nang!

Location is very quiet, room was very clean and spacious. Amenities were always replenished when needed.
