Warm and Friendly Welcome from Duyen
I had a very pleasant check-in experience at the front desk on September 10. Duyen greeted me with a warm, friendly smile and made me feel very welcome. She was courteous, professional, and helpful throughout the check-in process. It was a wonderful first impression of the hotel and a great way to start my stay.

We are currently staying at Hilton Garden Inn Da Nang, and everything has been very pleasant so far. From the moment we arrived, the hotel gave us a very good first impression. The atmosphere is welcoming, the property is clean and well maintained, and the overall service has been professional and attentive.
Our check-in experience was especially smooth and enjoyable thanks to Trinh. She was warm, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to assist us with everything we needed and made sure we felt comfortable and welcomed from the start. Her professionalism and genuine hospitality really stood out and set a positive tone for our stay.
So far, we are very happy with our experience at Hilton Garden Inn Da Nang. The service has been excellent, and we truly appreciate the warm hospitality, especially from Trinh at check-in. We are looking forward to enjoying the rest of our stay and experiencing more of what the hotel has to offer.
