Place Value for money near the beach in Danang
We stay for a week in this hotel, we bring our 2 infants baby and our 2 kids. its definitely amazing the service from the staff is a 5 star services, they provided everything you need, The room is quiet big, with cold ac and big tv, soundproof of course also clean, bathroom is very nice with complete aminities. The hotel itself also clean with 24 Hours receptionist who willing to help you.
The breakfast buffet definitely amazing the menu changes everyday with many variant to choose and the restaurant is the most very recommended they have a very beautiful view to the beach. Special Thanks to Vy the restaurant staff that makes our breakfast perfect, she help alot about the breakfast need for our infant baby.
The swimming pool is so beautiful with infinity pool view to the beach. but its located at the higher floor.
if you are a family i Definitely for sure recommend you to stay at this Grand Ocean Luxury Boutique Hotel. The service from the staff is beyond our expectations.

Value for money we got the room in front of elevator that was not good. room size is enough for two people but the bathroom is a bit dirty and smell bad. the location is very convenient so many restaurants and bar near by the hotel just 5 minutes walk.

Value for money hotel
Located in a road full of massage shops, restaurants and all night grocery stories. At night the street us lit up by neon advertising boards. Very colourful. My room in the hotel was spacious and well appointed. Breakfast on the top floor was varied and plentiful. A the staff were very helpful and efficient. It's a good 7-8 minutes walk to the seafront. Good value for money.

Great Stay!
My experience staying here was uplifting & extremely pleasant, booked for 5 weeks. The highlight for us was the most cordial & accomodating staff (no exaggeration) in existence. Room (11th floor) was nice and clean, washroom was modern, hot water & pressure Good. Beds were firm and comfy. Breakfast was more Local and tasty (very adequate), again the staff was so helpful & genuinely people related (shout out to Zoey at front desk) . Wi- fi in my room clocked 70mbp (the best i have ever had in a hotel room). Location of hotel relative to beach was less than 10 min walk, numerous small pharmacies, eateries & mini-mart's were mere steps away. Weather in Jan. Avg. 24*c. Will Definitely be staying here again come next year! Vy (manager) and her staff deserve Full recognition for there tireless Efforts in making all guest feel Welcomed.

Horrible stay in Grand Ocean Luxury hotel
We recently stayed at Grand Ocean Luxury Boutique in Da Nang, and it was a complete nightmare. We traveled all the way from India expecting a comfortable stay, but this hotel failed on every level ,The room is in terrible shape. The Tv panels are peeling off the walls (see photos). It looks more like a rundown hostel than a luxury boutique hotel. No Hot Water , Unhygienic Amenities , The kettle provided in the room was extremely dirty. I had to personally go downstairs to get it replaced .Please do not be fooled by the name or the photos online. The property is poorly maintained. Indian travelers and others, please avoid this hotel! There are much better options in Da Nang for the same price.
