EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE
As always, we had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Staff are wonderful with a special mention to Cu ong and Hoang Ni for impeccable service. The staff in the lounge are wonderful and the food exceptional.

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Mercure Danang! The staff in the lounge were incredible and our room was always spotless and tidy, hats off to the house keeping service.
