Faultless
This hotel was a dream to stay in. It met all our needs and more. From the beautiful aroma that meets you upon entering to the friendly farewell this is how a hotel should be run. Our room was modern and comfortable with fabulous views and was built with thought… good lighting… useful storage…. doors that disappeared into the wall… large wardrobe spaces etc We made use of the priority lounge for breakfast and evening snacks… again this was comfortable with great views and efficient professional staff. The food was excellent too. À la carte breakfast was much appreciated. I must mention the lovely artistic decor which I very much appreciated. …. The glass bubbles that hang from the roof by the lifts The incidental lighting which makes the environment feel inviting. Vases of orchids that are the colour of the wall behind. All lovely touches. Finally the staff who were lovely. Mention must go to all the staff in the lounge who were polite and efficient…. most notably for us Thao who spoke English quietly and with aplomb. … and Mai Trang on the front desk/ concierge who went out of her way to ease our transfers through Saigon airport …. you were great 😊 Well done Grand Mercure Da Nang !

Excellent hotel
The welcome is always perfect, especially thanks to Ni who served the welcome drink upon check in. The breakfast is also excellent, varied, and fresh. Access to the airport is very easy by taxi. The walking street is a few Minutes away on foot.
Excellent Stay with the best coffee
The staff were incredibly friendly, always welcoming us with a smile and ready to assist whenever needed. The food was delicious, with a great variety of choices at breakfast every morning. I especially enjoyed the Friday BBQ, which was one of the highlights of my stay. Everything was well organized and exceeded my expectations. Thanks Ms. Ni for your coffee.

Excellent Stay with Outstanding Service
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, always welcoming us with a smile and ready to assist whenever needed. The service throughout my stay was exceptional and made me feel truly valued as a guest.
The food was delicious, with a great variety of choices at breakfast every morning. I especially enjoyed the Friday BBQ, which was one of the highlights of my stay. Everything was well organized and exceeded my expectations. Thanks Ms. Nga HK for very helpful
