Excellent service and a wonderful experience!
I had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the whole team was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing, which made it a lovely place to enjoy breakfast and evening drinks.
A special thank you to Concierge team for their warm hospitality and thoughtful service. They were always attentive to our needs, welcoming us with genuine smiles and making sure everything was well taken care of. Their enthusiasm and professionalism really made us feel valued and well looked after throughout our stay. It is the kindness and personal attention from the team that truly made our experience memorable. We really appreciated their excellent service and positive attitude. Thank you again to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable and comfortable.
Amazing service
My family and I visited Grand Mercure Da Nang to experience their stay and it certainly lived up to our expectations.
From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Hanh receptionist, whose genuine smile and friendly hospitality made us feel at home. Throughout our visit, she was attentive, professional, and thoughtful, ensuring that we were well taken care of from start to finish.
The BBQ spread offered a delightful selection, beautifully presented and enjoyable to savour in a comfortable and elegant setting. Combined with the exceptional service, it made for a truly memorable experience. We look forward to visiting again.
Wonderful experience
I had a wonderful stay at Grand Mercure Da Nang. I originally booked a Superior Room, but was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful River View Room. We were warmly welcomed by Hanh at reception, whose friendly and attentive service made us feel right at home.
The room was comfortable, clean, and had a lovely view. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. Thank you for the great hospitality. I would definitely love to come back!
5 nights stay in Grand Mercure Da Nang
The entire service is quite normal but it is at a satisfactory level. Since the surrounding area is under development for a hotel and there is nothing else, it is recommended if your purpose is to stay for business. The pool is available from 6 AM to 9 PM, and bath towels and more are available for free. Breakfast in the restaurant is essential, I think. Although I stayed for 4 nights, a different menu was prepared for the buffet every day. The breakfast is satisfying, but the variety of food at the evening cocktail in the lounge is limited; I wish there was more variety like at breakfast. I thought. I was satisfied with the all-you-can-drink dimsum
Great Business Trip
I was on a business trip at the hotel throughout September and would like to share my experience. I especially want to give a big thank you to the F&B team on the 21st floor. First of all, I really appreciate the warm welcome, support, and friendliness from Ngoc, Nhi, Hong, and Quynh. You were all very helpful and welcoming to both me and my daughter. She is still quite young, but everyone was incredibly kind and supportive of her. Staying at the hotel was truly a wonderful and memorable experience. I deeply appreciate all your hospitality and am definitely looking forward to coming back again.
