"Excellent hotel with outstanding hospitality! The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the highlight was the service. A special thanks to Micasa and Anna for being so helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. Highly recommended!"
Beautiful Hotel, Great Location
Staff are friendly and informative. Hotel is located across the road to the beach. We stayed on 11th floor in a deluxe room with balcony with ocean views. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety for all. Pool and Bar located on 20th floor with great views of the beach. Gym was small but ok, on 19th floor. Numerous restaurants, cafes, bars at your doorstep. Will stay again.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. The property is beautiful and well-located, but what truly sets it apart is the world-class customer service. We want to express our sincere gratitude to Micasa, Anna, and Ella. These three amazing ladies went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were always polite, professional, and handled every request with absolute grace and efficiency. Their genuine care and dedication to guest satisfaction made a huge difference in our holiday. Kudos to the management team and this wonderful staff. We will definitely return!
Perfect stay
Great staff, great location, great amenities including a rooftop pool overlooking the beach and a bar overlooking the city lights and the Dragon Bridge.
Helpful and friendly staff were always ready to hold the door for you and make sure that the breakfast was perfect.

Relax
We had a wonderful stay at Diamond Sea Hotel! The location is perfect, just steps from the beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the ocean view made our vacation even more enjoyable.
A special thank you to Nhung, Uyen, and Phu for their outstanding hospitality and exceptional service. They were always friendly, attentive, and willing to help with anything we needed. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay.
