Yummy Breakfast across from the beach!
I changed my hotel plans last min and am very glad I did! Located right across the beach and right next to a few food carts, massage facilities, and markets for late night snacks and last min needs. Perfect location to get to and from different beaches in the area. You can take pool towels with you when going to the beach so no need to pack them. The breakfast buffet is exceptional! Don't miss out. The staff were very attentive. I called to asked about hearing construction noise and they immediately moved us the next morning to my surprise since I wasn't calling to complain. I'm sad I didn't take advantage of the pool until the day before I left. After the sun goes down a bit the pool is a perfect way to extend relaxation and keep enjoying the water. The room was super spacious and had all the things we needed for a longer stay. I loved that they had a drying rack so we could easily wash and dry our swimsuits.

Wonderful hotel and spa
Lovely hotel with a vertical forest and gorgeous rooms. The spa is fantastic and the professional service given by the therapists BA and Yen for us where outstanding. Would come back just for the quality of the spa treatments alone
inflexible on change of dates
Sales team is very inflexible, booked 5 nights, but needed to leave 2 nights earlier, informed the hotel on first day arrival, requested for last 2 nights to be converted into a voucher that i come back at a later date, but was bluntly refused.
Only the location…
We booked this hotel to celebrate my birthday, hoping for a memorable stay. It certainly turned out to be memorable—but unfortunately, for all the wrong reasons.
Upon check-in, we were assigned an extremely low-floor room with a premium view of… the rooftop of the building next door. After requesting a room change, we were moved to a slightly higher floor. The view improved just enough to remind us that it was peak season, so we decided to settle.
The next morning, the hotel treated us to an unexpected “back-to-basics” experience—a 15-minute power outage. We got to shower and get ready in the dark, without lights or air conditioning. As an added bonus, all the guest lifts stopped working, ensuring we were late for our 8:15 a.m. tour pickup.
The highlight of the stay came later that day when I returned to my room to find a birthday cake waiting for me. A lovely gesture, and one that I genuinely appreciated. Unfortunately, the experience ended there because… there was no fork. Apparently, I was expected to admire the cake rather than eat it. It never occurred to anyone that cake and cutlery usually go hand in hand.
I rarely leave negative reviews because I understand that things can go wrong. However, what disappointed me was the consistent lack of attention to detail throughout the stay. From the room allocation and operational issues to presenting a birthday cake without any means of eating it, every experience seemed to miss the mark.
Thank you for the birthday cake—it looked delicious. I just wish someone had remembered that guests generally don’t eat cake with their hands.

Travel experience
We came here for a travel. The hotel spa is excellent, and the service provided by Xuan and Yen was particularly outstanding. I highly recommend both of them.
