The hotel is large, clean, and fresh air. All the staff are helpful, kind, and provide good advice. They communicate very well in English, especially Mr. Kay, who is friendly, kind, and always smiling.

It was a perfect trip. They kept asking me if I had any inconvenience, and I was touched by the kind service. I stayed at the apartment on the highest floor, and the size and cleanliness were really good. Mr.kay followed my requirements carefully. Brilinat is the best hotel in Da Nang. Please find Mr.kay when you visit the hotel, he is the best hotel man. 😍
